The whole experience was excellent. From initial consultation to final installation of a complete Daikin mini split system. Ron Macy, Mark Vermilyea and crew installed the perfect system for my house. Everything about their service is first rate and professional. I highly recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone wanting HVAC work done. Everyone was considerate and detail oriented to make sure the installation went as planned.Their product knowledge was impressive and customer service exceptional . I requested a quote to replace ductwork and add insulation in an older home. Dylan and his partner John were both very professional, took time to explain all details, took photos inside attic and showed me, added a quote for an additional but unrelated item and sent an email quote within minutes.
Although I have to review more quotes before deciding to hire, I was very impressed by them and will definitely keep Blue Ribbon in mind for projects. Office staff were also professional and let me know the status of Dylan’s arrival.

I called two other services that day and no one was available on a Friday afternoon during regular business hours. Tried Blue Ribbon and someone immediately answered - extremely pleasant interaction and assured me she could have someone out before end of day (it was already 2:30 pm). Kerry arrived and was kind, professional, thorough and above all else tolerant of my looking over his shoulders and asking every question. He wasn’t cutting corners in a rush to clock out for the weekend which I appreciated. Lastly, Kerry swept my stairs and floors as a courtesy for the insulation we both were tracking in and out of the attic. In a world where customer service is often lost, I was very impressed with Blue Ribbon and highly recommend them.

The tech, Ron Macy, was extremely professional, explained the problems with my AC (including photos of parts/issues) & options for repairs. He just left & my AC is working (thank goodness)! Blue Ribbon Cooling and Heating scheduled my appointment time with a 2 hour window. I received a text message when the technician was on his way, then I received a phone call letting me know he was almost to my property. Very polite, courteous, and professional company. Ron Macy showed up on time, got right down to diagnosing my AC issue and was quick to get it repaired. We called Blue Ribbon this morning when our AC went out. Not only did they get to me earlier than they said but they were able to have us up and cooling in 20 minutes! Thank you to Blue Ribbon and James for taking care of us so quickly!

We had 1 system replaced and 1 new system install at our home. We have been very pleased with how well they work. We have been comfortable and the cost of running has pleased us. Ron Macy advised us on which units would best serve us and he was right on. I believe we will recover the upgrade in no time. The guys who installed for us were very considerate, they did an amazing job. We hav already had a system check and everything looked good. Ron was great. He went above and beyond. He even cleaned parts and components of the system unrelated to the problem he was there to fix. A/C repair is expensive, we all know that, but if anything goes wrong in the future, I will definitely call them back for service.

It’s been really hard to find HVAC contractors. Blue Ribbon promptly answered my request for an estimate. They were out here the next day, worked with me on duct design and gave me a reasonable estimate within an hour. Super professional.
