We live in a mobile home and the AC is not working properly and our home stays over 80 degrees. Most company that I called didn't service out type if home but your company does. Kelvin came out and was so polite, professional and patient and very knowledgeable pointing out what the issues were and what needed to be done. I appreciate your kindness and honesty and the willingness to bring portable coolers until our new ac can be put in. This was going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This is truly a great company and great employee's and I am so very happy that we found you.

The technician that checked my HVAC system was friendly, professional and very thorough. I appreciate the extra time he took to explain the issues. I will definitely use Blue Ribbon again.

Kerry did an excellent job for us today! We found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and completely professional. Jonathan came out today for our regular system maintenance. A very thorough inspection and all is good. He was very professional and explained that all is in good order. We had a new system put in by this company 6 months ago, and this scheduled maintenance is part of that installation. All in all we are very pleased with Blue Ribbon Heating and A/C.
