They knew that we were without air conditioning in the Texas heat and couldn't be bothered to submit a quote on a replacement the same day that they looked things over. They were going to give a quote late on the Friday of a holiday weekend and not be able to start until at least Tuesday.

This company is right down the street from my house so I thought I would give them a shot since they were so close. Adam came out same day and was so nice and in and out with a full repair. I am always looking for reliable companies to work with for long term and this company has my business from here and out!

Bought my trane system from this company and it was one of the best experiences we've ever had with any contractor. Very professional and prompt. They said they would be here at 7am to install, they got here at 645 and waited till 7 to knock on the door. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Steven is an excellent HVAC technician and very professional. However, last Monday morning when I was expecting a follow up call to discuss additional necessary repairs, I never received any such call from their office and I had to call them as lunchtime approached to find out what was going on. In response to my call I was later emailed a quote for additional repairs; still no phone call; I guess I was just lucky that I saw the email when I did. The quote had a single line item with no breakdown of details and again I had to call to ask for an explanation and to get the ball rolling on repairs. The receipt that I received for a payment made on the previous Sunday was $60 short and when I asked for an explanation I was told someone would call me the next day - nobody ever called. Again, Steven did a great job out in the field and was courteous and professional; the business might need to take a hard look at the personnel and practices going on behind the scenes. Throughout the repairs and to this day no one from this office has called me to follow up or discuss any information. I don’t expect to have to chase down information from people that I’m going to pay to work for me.

Our A/C went out last week. Ricky came out the next day to troubleshoot. There were many issues with my unit, including a coil that had a leak. He had his crew out within a couple of days to replace my whole system. They were prompt, courteous, and finished quickly. Couldn't be happier with the service or work that was performed.
