The company sent to our house by our home warranty when our a/c went out shortly after we moved in in 2019 had no clue or experience on how to work on our system which apparently is very high-end. This company was recommended to us by good friends of ours who went to high school with the owner. Wow, what a difference. Never encountered such professional and personable servicemen. We were so impressed with the service on the initial visit we enrolled in their "prime" plan where they come 2x a year and make sure everything's lookin' good and discounts on anything that needs to be done. We've never had the same person come twice, it's always been something different and they're all equally professional and knowledgeable. Whoever owns this company definitely knows how to hire and train his crew!

We were really impressed with Texas Total Comfort Systems. Daniel was timely, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He was even transparent about the fact that our ducts did not need cleaning yet — from a customer standpoint, that is always appreciated. We will call them again!

I use this company for my maintenance of my AC system. This time I had a cooling issue and as ususal service was prompt and satisfactory. The technician Mark was very professional and explained everything to me. He fixed the issue immediately and all is cooling well in the house now.

Adam with Texas Total Comfort Systems is the most helpful and courteous technician I’ve ever dealt with. Anyone I’ve dealt with at this company is exactly the same. Whether you’re purchasing a new AC unit, which I did, or if you need maintenance on your current AC unit, I would strongly suggest you use Texas Total Comfort Systems and no I do not work for them. It’s just a great company.

There’s nothing worse than your air conditioner going out during a heat wave, but these folks made it as painless as possible. My entire system had to be replaced and I found Daniel both professional and well-informed in guiding me through the process. Everything was delivered expeditiously and with the utmost degree of professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning help.

I arrived home after 2 wks from traveling and found my air conditioniingy system not working, on a Sunday afternoon!!! I called and an emergency technician arrived, to find it was the thermostat, and found it was under warranty, so wll be replaced. Service call was expensive $165, and it seems after replacement warranty, some charges may also be billed. Adam was great, professional and explained the service details and charges

During the most recent cold spell my heater did not function properly and we woke up freezing I contacted TTCS and Danny promptly came by. He was great and quickly diagnosed the issue and got it working temporarily. Unfortunately the repairs over the years have become all to common and it was time to replace it after 21 years. From Danny to Ricky, Abby and Sara everyone worked hard to find what I needed given the supply chain issues and get me running with my new system. Pete and his crew were outstanding. The job was done, the house was warm and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they all provided. Do not hesitate to contact TTCS as I have used them for years and they always are honest, dependable and most of all extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything and will provide you with no doubt the best service possible.

This is an awesome company to do business with. Every member of the team is polite, helpful and always willing to answer questions. I love how responsive the office staff is when setting appointments. The service techs are always well dressed and clean, respectful enough to remove their boots before entering the house, always willing to answer questions. The techs go over all the details of what they are doing and what the find while servicing the equipment. Over all just very professional and comfortable to deal with.
I personally like the text message I receive prior to the techs arrival. It tells me his name, professional background, certifications and even a snippet about his family.
They definitely got the extra mile to ensure their customers are well taken care of.
My husband loves that the pricing is always fair and represents the companies desire to give the best and honest service.

Called Texas Total Comfort Systems in the morning to set up an appointment to have my A/C checked for a cooling system problem. The Technician that came out was Derek. Very polite and professional. Found out what the problem was right way after checking everything. I new already I was needing a complete new system. Everything was straight forward and upfront on pricing. He made me a good deal. Purchased the system. Install technicians show up in the morning right on time. Both individuals that showed up were true professionals. Very polite. Explained to me what they were going to do. Never hesitated when I had a question about something even when they were working. Showed me how to operate thermostat system to run A/C and furnace. Everything was covered even the outside unit..
