Courtney immediately contacted me to schedule a technician. Taking good notes, the technician, Steven, was well informed on arrival.

Steven not only had everything needed to perform a maintenance evaluation, but also has both the experience and mindset to see that everything was functioning properly.

Phil came to my house today and was very friendly and professional. He serviced my AC and did a great job. Phil was very informative and detailed in explaining what he actually serviced. Professional, polite, and respectful.

Adam and the Texas Total Comfort Systems team have been working on and trying to diagnose an issue with a new system that was put into our house. It was one thing after another that causing the system not to work properly and then while Adam was trying to figure out the issue, the system just happened to act up. He ordered the parts and was able to get those put in. I would like to thank Adam for figuring out the issue along with Ricky and his company for the hard work.

As always, TTCS delivers the best with great customer service from the office and qualified,professional and friendly techs who do their best for your needs. I am constantly referring friends and family because other outfits answer service calls trying sell units and not service customers. TTCS works to help us lengthen the life of what we have and when we needed to replace our unit, they helped us find a great unit for a good price. Great company!

The installation crew was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation took about 4 hours with them removing and disposing of the old AC/Heating unit. The crew cleaned up and left no mess. We would definitely use them again.

Danny and Derek were amazing! Extremely respectful and kind, as two single women with children in the home we were very comfortable with them, (even my dog who is typically scared of men from a rough beginning of life before we rescued her was perfectly fine with them in our home!) They were polite and professional. They were honest with what we needed and what we didn’t need, they even went above and beyond and helped us change a few light bulbs (as we don’t own a tall ladder). We will be recommending them to anyone who needs any HVAC services, and we will continue to use them for any maintenance or repairs in our home! Great job guys!

I used to sell A/C parts to repair companies. Anyone can fix an A/C with proper training and knowledge. THIS company goes above and beyond in SERVICE. Adam in particular is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. From an initial test of the blower motor to verification of a relay failure. He check, verified, and re-checked. He explained everything and then gave me the option of changing it.myself or to have him do it. If you are looking for quality service for your repair job, call them. If youcan get Adam then do so but I am confident all of the technicians are held to similar standards. One more shout out: the scheduler was fantastic as well. She made my appointment the same day and everything went smoothly.
