Texas Total Comfort Systems

We have been using Texas Total Comfort for a number of years. We need to replace the AC system in our rent house and stayed with TTC. Great price on the whole AC system. The install team, was very professional , and did a fantastic job. Also they reviewed and went over ever step of the process. Could not be more happy with the job and would recommend them to anyone.

I was told by another company I need an entirely new unit when they came out to do my seasonal check, I was referred to Texas Total Comfort Systems by a friend to get a second opinion and he found nothing wrong with it...I am so glad I called them. I joined their maintenance plan and when the time did come that I wanted to replace I used them, everything has been smooth. I highly recommend them.

This is the first time I've had an A/C technician come to my house where I felt like I was dealt with honestly. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and most importantly honest. Thank you Daniel and Texas Total Comfort Systems for the outstanding customer service!

My tech Danny was very professional and honest,didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and fixed the problem. I will never use another company except this one for my heating and A/C needs. Also the staff at TCCS were very polite and professional.

This place is wonderful. The owners are the best people. The staff is friendly. The service tech came on time as promised (actually earlier) And did a fantastic job as well as explain everything at the end of visit. Other companies usually just take off when finished. I highly recommend this company.

UPDATE 2: 6 months later, they have the AUDACITY to send me an invoice to the tune of $10,000 claiming they replaced a compressor and some other parts. They never did any work at my home. The guy barely even looked at my system as noted in my review from June (below). Suspicious that there are also no late fees or anything when they haven’t received a payment on a $10k bill in 6 months???

SCAM LIKELY!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Pretty disappointed in their service considering how highly rated they are. Our HVAC system hasn't been functioning efficiently, so we called up TTCS to have them diagnose the system to see if there were any leaks or malfunctions with the system. When they showed up, their first reaction was to quote me on an entirely new HVAC system costing $20k. My system was installed in 2019 and does not need to be replaced. I told him that it should be under warranty and the response I got was "the labor cost is going to be just as much as replacing the whole system" and wouldn't even give me a quote on the repair, which he diagnosed as a leak in the evaporator coil. He spent more time on his iPad putting quotes together than he did attempting to diagnose the real problem with my system. Maybe I just got a bad technician or something? Still trying to understand the 5 star rating.

UPDATE: had a different HVAC contractor come out and diagnose my system. Ended up being a faulty TXV and bad compressor. The quote we were given by the second contractor was <$2000, much less than what TTCS tried to take from us.

Blower housing had a problem and they promptly came out and corrected the problem and also check the entire system to verify there were no other hidden or suspect problems. Danny, the service technician was the best ever. Very polite and respectful, on top of being extremely knowledgeable of the entire system.

Quick, on time, knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy. I have used this company for many years and have always felt valued as a customer. There are few companies I trust, but this is one of them.
