A friend of mine recommended this company and he really help me out and got the correct person for the job. Derek Rivers the service technician took the time to explain what was happening and show me two options I could do to fix the problem. He answered my questions and explain the why or why not to do it at this time. He was very knowledgeable and explain what was happening in terms that I could understand. I will use their service and will have no problem recommending Texas Total Confort System any time you need it done correctly, fast and efficient.

Power surge tripped breaker on new system. Same day service. All covered under warranty. Fast, courteous, professional. Love this company since they bought out my last provider. The best!

Steve did a great job with the AC maintenance on our unit. He let me know what was checked and if anything needed to be addressed. He was on time, courteous and made sure he didn’t track mud into my house. I’ve been using Texas Total Comfort for 4 years and feel they are fairly priced and do a good job. I would recommend them.

We just had TTCS come in to add some supplemental ductwork to fix some underserved rooms. Excellent, timely, professional service, very responsive and they cleaned up after their work. Highly recommended!

Had our first routine maintenance service call and the whole experience was great, from the ease of scheduling, on time for appointment, and thorough service with everything explained along the way. Had to add some coolant, which is normal for age of home, and can already tell a difference in performance during these very hot days. Definitely will continue to use for our HVAC maintenance and repairs!

We had an issue with our heating system and Derek came out within a few hours on the day after Thanksgiving to fix it. After he performed the diagnostics, it turned out to be our thermostat. He put a new one in and we’re good to go. Nice work, sir. Thank you.
