It often seems to be a challenge to find an A/C company that will treat you fairly. I did have one that I used for about 20 years. He retired. Fortunately, I found Captain Comfort. They respond quickly, diagnose the problem, fix it, and charge a fair price. They are professional and honest. What more could you want?

Absolutely the best with ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. I wasted my time with 9 estimates for a complete hvac replacement before I found him. This husband and wife team is the dream team of hvac. The person installing your new equipment is the most important aspect of your new hvac. This man would look at something and say "this is good, but I'm going to make it better".

Needed an AC start/run capacitor replacement. Captain Comfort hooked me up on a Sunday, even though it was a last minute thing. Cold air never felt so good!

I was disappointed that my heat pump lost freon a couple of weeks after the repairs were done. More freon was added at that time and yesterday I was notified that the A/C wasn't working again. Today, it was determined that a weld went bad. So after several expensive repairs, another HVAC company repaired the weld.
