Chad and Stacey were quick to respond and very friendly. They were thorough and knowledgeable in their work. Chad took the time to explain how and why he was doing/checking something, which I appreciated. They were very well priced and will use them again and would recommend them to others.

Chad and Stacey both were very personable and pleasant to deal with on the phone and more so in person. Their open communication about when they would arrive to our home and also when the part would be arriving to fix our a/c was impeccable. Chad really worked hard to find the problem and did not give up. Both Chad and Stacey are retired military and that was one of the many reason why we chose to use their services. We will continue to use them in the future if another problem arises.

Chad and Stacey the owners of Captain Comfort are a very professional, friendly, hard working couple... they worked long hard hours to complete the job...when they arrived, our comfort was their main concern but when they left and the job was done it’s like we all were life long friends!! Captain Comfort was very professional but yet very personable. They (husband/wife team) corrected a couple issues and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and we were happy. FYI, they are both veterans and also give a discount for veterans.

Awesome service. First night in new home and new to the area but no heat. Captain Comfort was very accommodating and extremely helpful in solving our issue quickly. Recommend highly. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Stacey & Chad are AMAZING! Seriously quality people who provide an equally quality service. As a new homeowner in a city and state where I didn't have any family or old friends, they walked me through my HVAC needs in a way that I could understand them. I explained my budget and my priorities and never felt any pressure to pay for more than what was absolutely necessary. Friendly, fair, and extremely personable. They deserve every 5 star rating they get.

We won't call anyone else for heating and air issues. Our unit went down and they were there quickly to resolve the issue on short notice. This is a very knowledgeable and professional team that provide quality service.

If you deal with almost any other hvac company you'll most likely be making a mistake. Don't find out how I did, Call Captain Comfort first! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by anymore, no shortage with these folks! Yeah, that good! Great prices, the whole package here. So glad I called!! My wife even liked them!!

We have used this business on two separate occasions; once when the furnace gave out in the middle of winter, once when the old ac unit wasn’t cooling as well as it used to. Both times they were prompt and professional and took a perfectionist approach to the job. When we decide to upgrade our second unit, they will be my first and only call because I know it will be done right. Highly recommend!

Our AC died early that morning and I said to my wife we better call The Avengers but they were busy with some intergalactic ordeal so we remembered Captain Comfort and couldn’t be happier.
For starters they were extremely busy but managed to work in a spot in their day to come by and help us before I melted.
They also didn’t try and sell us on any issue that wasn’t there, it was actually a very simple fix and they were done with a matter of minutes. I appreciated the honesty.
Thanks to Captain Comfort I didn’t wilt away, and in all seriousness the AC worked even better then it has in years, I actually had to wear a sweatshirt the rest of the evening.
