I was in a bind with my upstairs AC unit. I called at nearly 5 pm and Matt from South Nashville came out and took care of me in less than half an hour. The professionalism and care is next to none. I met Phillip 17 months ago to discuss my options for a future HAVAC system as my unit was reaching the end of its life. During this consult I was very impressed with Phillips knowledge and I knew then that this company was very different from those I have used in the past.
My unit went out during that brutal cold snap in January. Phillip came out to verify the unit I planned on purchasing and also to do a Manual J load calculation. This calculation is very important in that it gives the installer an accurate estimation of heating /cooling needs based on your house. With this information I know I am purchasing only the amount of tonnage that I need to keep my house comfortable. Ultimately, I need a 3 ton unit versus 4 and 4 -1/2 tons that other companies had quoted without ever performing a Manual J load. Phillip also made sure that I could take advantage of any rebates. not only from the company, but also from the TVA Energy Right Program.
They did a beautiful job with the install and someone from TVA Energy Right is scheduled to come out and review their work.
I have lived in this house 13 years and it has never felt this comfortable. Thank you!!

I have had a noise problem with an AC unit for quite sometime. SNH&C came by within a couple of days, quickly identified the problem and preformed the fix. Zach and his team had a very good understanding of the mechanics of the unit which resulted in a fast and cost efficient solution.
