Phillip was punctual, caring, and knowledgeable. I had a very serious electrical issue and he fixed it for a reasonable price rather than attempting to have me buy a new unit. He is honest and trustworthy and they have a new customer for life!

We have used South Nashville for a full HVAC installation when we renovated our previous home and for service at our new address. All of their technicians go above and beyond in every facet of customer service. The office staff, Kathy in particular, is pleasant and efficient in communicating. I highly recommend South Nashville Heating and Air!

We had a great experience with the team. They communicated well, got us what we needed, and fixed us up as soon as possible.

My call for service on our AC unit was handled politely and curiously. The service person arrived on time and was cautious by wearing a mask at all times. He made the repair and suggested the best and most economical steps moving forward.

Overall not a great experience. We had a new HVAC installed upstairs and initial work seemed okay but they missed on many of the small details. It took lots of calls to get them to correct the issues with poor communication on their side. One of the other issues we ran into was that they were sending crews with little training and experience. We would discuss issues with a supervisor then the crew would arrive not even knowing the details and not confirming what needed to be fixed, and sometimes not knowing how to fix it.

Finally found a trustworthy company to get my system running. Having used other companies they were not able to fix the issues with my older unit. Dylan was there on time and was able to explain what was going on and finally get heat running in my house. So glad I found them!

Very busy, especially with the recent weather. Had to go the weekend without heat working, but did have a couple of portable heaters, so I was fine. Came out Monday morning, corrected the problem, cost very reasonable, technician knowledgeable and will be using this company in the future.

Jonathan and Zach responded immediately to my request to check on my heating system. They were very kind, informative, and answered all of my questions in terms that I could understand. And my system has never worked better after they fixed it! Couldn’t be happier with the service that I received!

Can’t say enough good things- Phillip and his team really know their stuff and go above and beyond to help their customers. From ownership to technicians to office personnel - they were all prompt, efficient, and very informative. We badly needed a new system with our ancient furnace on the outs and they drew up a plan that fit the needs of our house and our budget. Phillip personally brought over space heaters for us on a Friday night to get us through two days of a cold snap. Our new system was in place and heating beautifully that Monday night. We are incredibly pleased with how comfortable our home feels now. Their attention to detail really puts them in a class above- we will continue to use them and will recommend them heartily. They are near by our house, and they've always been reliable for getting over here when we have an issue. Dylan and Collin were great to work with this time around, repairing a broken branch line to our kitchen vent.
