He answered all my questions & gave me valuable advise on how to use our unit even more efficiently.

I just had my both of my units replaced by South Nashville and they did a great job. The price was very reasonable and the technicians doing the installation were both professional and clean. I appreciated that they were careful to not make a mess and everything was installed the proper way and looked and worked great after the installation was completed. I would definitely recommend them for your comfort and air quality needs.

I made a call in the afternoon to have them fix a cable I had accidentally cut while doing yard work. They made it out and repaired the cable during business hours. No after hours or other extra fees. The technician was very friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. I'll hire them again any time I need work done!

Worked with Zack Wolf on replacing my old packaged HVAC. After getting quotes from multiple contractors and large box retailers, I decided to work with SNHC based on their reputation. It was easy to work with Zack. He is professional,not pushy, and his team's workmanship was top notch. On top of it all,their prices were at least several hundred dollars below what others have quoted me ( same unit).

I contacted South Nashville Heating and Cooling on a recommendation from a friend. They were responsive, professional, and followed up. My old compressor was shorted (dead) and Matt and the install team took good care of me. Had a small issue and Matt responded and arrived first thing in the morning to resolve.

Installation was professional, and they replaced the wiring to the junction box, drain hoses, ducting, and the box the air handler sits on. They cleaned up and left the place looking untouched.

South Nashville Heating and Cooling are the best! They are attentive, are quick to diagnose and address any problems my family and I have had with our heat and air needs.

I cannot recommend those company any higher. They are friendly, attentive, provide quality service and are excellent communicators throughout the entire process.
