The team came out promptly and helped us figure out a longstanding issue with our upstairs unit. Hiller and another person had quoted us way too much for a replacement. South Nashville was reliable and reasonable. They had our unit replaced in a morning. Great service. Highly recommend.

Steve saw us same day and was quick to diagnose our issue, offer same day fix noting parts in stock, and consultatively helped us develop a plan for our very old unit until a new one needs to be ordered. He thoroughly educated us and was professional and so helpful. A+
John and his associate installed a new water heater and made sure it was working properly before leaving. Steve did some maintenance on my A/C unit and checked the gas meter for leaks. These guys are exceptional professionals! Very pleasant abd satisfying experience.
Your company was very professional when they installed a new unit 2 years ago for us. I have since moved to a new house and scheduled a maintenance appointment for next Monday with your company. Unfortunately my air went out last night so I called your company first thing this morning to see if I could get some emergency help given my son is coming home from surgery today and it’s extremely hot in my home. I was told that there was no availability prior to my Monday appointment. Fortunately, I was able to find another recommended company to come today. I called your company back (72 hours prior to Mondays appointment) and was told I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee which has already been charged. I understand that you don’t work on the weekends. Needless to say, I’m disappointed with your customer service, given how helpful you have been to my family over the years. I understand your company policy but I don’t feel like the cancellation fee is warranted. I’m certain anyone else would have done the same to remedy our problem given the circumstances.
Very professional and trustworthy. Saved me $4600 on replacing a Mitsubishi ductless with a simple inexpensive repair. (Another HVAC company in town had said the unit needed replaced.) Call them with confidence!
UPDATE (4/18/23): I have new information to add which is not as positive as my initial review. The fix mentioned in my earlier review did not last; the AC was back to its earlier behavior a month later. Also, there was no contact available for after hours urgent issues (this occurred in my home studio on a Sat. morning, so I was unable to work as planned). I did reach out immediately but never heard back; had to call again Monday morning. I was also told I would be charged an additional $79 for a tech to diagnose why the original repair had not continued to work. I had hoped for a warranty on their work which would have lasted more than 30 days and am at this point a little disappointed in South Nashville Heating & Cooling.
This was my second time to use South Nashville Heating and Cooling. In 10 minutes, Chris diagnosed and fixed an air conditioner that had suddenly stopped cooling. No selling, questions answered, problem solved.
My AC went out on a holiday weekend and South Nashville Heating & Cooling was able to respond to my call and fix the issue with in 24 hours. Zach was was professional.
South Nashville HVAC fit me in same day on a very busy (warm) day when my HVAC went out. A quick diagnosis and friendly, fast-working tech made for a great experience. Highly recommended!
