    Called this company out to inspect my system. Was told the price to send someone out was $79. The person looked at the system and found nothing wrong with it. Was changed another $100 for them to look at it. Seems like the $79 fee should include more than just driving to the house. The system was originally installed by this company.

    Matt was great on his follow-up calls. And Colin diagnosed the problem very quickly and it ended up just being the circuit breaker was shut off and it did turn back on and the heat started working good again. Thank you!

    Almost 2hours late and still wanted to charge me $79 for the call. Very disappointed since you sold me the unit I have in 2009. No problems until today.

    They installed a new AC unit and furnace at my house in 2018. This week the AC went out and they charged me $1000 to fix it, even though it’s still under a parts warranty. I don’t know why it went out or if that’s normal after 5 years? But seemed excessive cost to me for this age of AC unit.

    Other than that, they’re very friendly and responsive.

    South Nashville Heating and Cooling installed the HVAC system in our new house. We immediately noticed that some rooms were hot due to poor airflow. It took several visits and multiple attempts, but South Nashville Heating and Cooling was ultimately able to fix the problem.

    Update 5/9/23: Steve from South Nashville H&C did a fantastic job fixing an issue with our HVAC. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and even brought to our attention (and fixed) some additional minor issues. Both he and Sharon, who scheduled the appt. and called ahead to let me know Steve was on his way, were very professional.

    We moved into our brand new home in 2020 and have had to receive multiple service appointments for our unit. Every visit the technician has came to our house we have had to get refills on refrigerant. During this past summer when temperatures were well into 90s our house was also the same as outside. Currently, we have had a leak search. That was very expensive and now have recently been made aware that we will have to have a coil replaced with labor and refridgerant costs will be $2,650.00. In conclusion, we have almost spent $5,000 in repairs for less than a two year unit. I am not satisfied with my services and the last visit the technicians tracked mud/dirt into our home. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend South Nashville Heating and Cooling.
