Christi took care of me via phone, researched my issues and answered all my questions. She was friendly and professional. Jason showed up, diagnosed the problem, and repaired the problem with my A/C. These guys are amazing! Not only were they punctual and professional, but very informative. They got in and out completing the job in an extremely timely manor, and cleaning up after themselves. They answered any questions I had, and put to ease any and all concerns. They instructed me every step of the way with their process, and called me with any information/questions. We estimate we have been with SNH&C for approximately 25 years. For most of this time we had contact with Philip Gray and Ronnie Bobo. During later years, Kathy has provided most of the contact with us. Contact with Kathy has been excellent! The service techs have provided excellent service on our equipment. When our son needed a new unit at his home, we recommended SNH&C. He is very happy with the unit he purchased, and the installation was excellent.

South Nashville Heating & Cooling performed a cooling season tune-up on my residential heat pump this morning. The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was courteous and went right to work. He checked and cleaned the outside unit and then came inside to check the temperatures of the supply air and return air. I really appreciate that he put on shoe covers when coming inside the house. Upon completion, he gave me a summary of the condition of my unit. All in all, it was a good experience..

They responded very quickly to our request and was quick and efficient in their assessment of our issue. Their customer service was great and the technician was friendly and helpful and happily answered my questions. They got my 11 year old unit back up and running the same day. We were pleased with this company.

Work was done well. People are friendly and responsible. I got more for a lower cost compared to 2 quotes. Zach figured out how to use a fan and duct to route air to bathroom that other companies didn’t figure out. Thanks to this company.

Had a misunderstanding regarding home warranties (that they do not accept), but they worked with me to make things right as much as they are able. Happy to use them again when a home warranty is not involved. Tehnician that came out to service the unit was great.
