Tracy my AC Tech arrived at 7:00 it would be dark at 8:00.

He had worked a 12 hour day but found the deep down fortitude to assist me.
In 30 minutes he had it blowing snow balls.

The front of my home was damaged by a fallen tree. The gutters were torn off. Before the gutter company could replace them, a damaged fascia board had to be replaced. A Lee Company technician did that for me. He did a great job. The repair went just as he had estimated. He removed the debris from the damage. He even covered my exposed downspout to keep birds from nesting in it until the gutter company can replace the gutters. I am very pleased with the work!

Our water heater started leaking on Tuesday afternoon. One of their estimators was out that afternoon. He gave us multiple options on the water heater replacement. We chose an option and it was installed the next day. They did a great job.

Our tech was on time and courteous. He really worked Hardin our hot attic space to get our air conditioning unit back running. I highly recommend Lee Company.

I had my semi annual hvac checked out prior to using the AC for the year. Ritchie did a great job. In an out in a reasonable amount of time and let me know at the end before leaving what the status of my AC unit was. Good job Ritchie.

Company notified me before arrival, was very professional and did a thorough check of HVAC System. Ensured all my questions or concerns were completely addressed and made recommendations to improve the quality of my system.

We had storm damage from the 03/03/23 storms in Tennessee. My husband called Lee Company and spoke with a represenative. She was able to get a technition out the next day which was on a Saturday. The tech Greg did a wonderful job and was very friendly and professional. I will use Lee Company again if the need arises. Great company!
