I am so happy with the duct cleaning. The service technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me apprised every step of the process. They were very respectful of my home and I appreciate the job they did. My home feels so clean, thank you for doing a fabulous job!

We had a small fire in a previous house because of a DIY electrical job from a previous owner, so I feel pretty picky about getting professional help for electricity. While it always costs a little more than I expect, they came on time, did great work, and cleaned it all up. I also got some prices on a few things I'm thinking about, and the electrician was very patient about looking at possible future jobs. Very happy with the service.

Lee Company has always been on time. They are very professional and honest with the work your having done. I would not use any other electric company. They have installed my driveway gate electric and fix two garage doors. I am now using them to help install the electrical in a building for me.

We bought our house in 2021, and it was built in 1980. The previous owners did not have the HVAC ducts ever replaced, the electrical panel replaced, nor the old black copper piping that was all under the house. So to prevent extreme leaks, electrical fires, and to save us energy bills on the HVAC, we contacted Lee Company to see about getting all the work done.

All in all, we have our HVAC replaced, our electrical panel replaced, a 240v outlet installed outside to charge our car, new piping ran to the house and throughout, and a dehumidifier installed in our crawlspace. The work took a total of two weeks with HVAC and Electrical working one week, and the Plumbers working the second week.

Not only was everyone that we spoke to very professional and kind, but ever project manager worked with our schedules and were on time for their appointments with us. Everything was explained thoroughly by the project managers and there were no hidden fee surprises.

The different teams (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) all talked to each other and communicated any potential issues and got everything scheduled between the teams.

I cannot say enough amazing things about every technician that came to our house! Every single guy that came out was very polite, professional, and loved our cat lol

All of the work done by the teams was impeccable, and everything was cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dustin showed up punctually and was very friendly. He even covered his shoes before he came in the house (not necessary, as far as I was concerned but he did it anyway). He did a thorough inspection and took pictures of everything he looked at (I was working from home so I couldn't spend the time following him around) and went over it with me in detail, explaining all of his findings and how that measured up against what would typically be expected. There was no unfavorable findings, thankfully, so he didn't try to sell any unneeded services. The only thing he did suggest (which an electrician also recently suggested) was a whole- home surge protector.

Lee Company is who you call when you want the job done right the first time, because they assign someone to your project who will handle it from to finish and go out of their way to address the unexpected details that come up in between. Used them at least twice now and unlikely to go back to my previous service provider because the customer service and attention to detail is really what I care about most, and that's what Lee Company does best, so I don't really care what kind of "deal" someone else might offer me, because I am happy with the service, the engineering, and the price, so it would be easier to pull the sword from the stone than get me to switch.

Kurt and Steven were consummate professionals. Much of the work involved drilling into exterior walls of my house and cutting a hole into the hardwood floor in my living room. The quality of the craftsmanship was top notch. My biggest fears of a misplaced hole or unsightly damage to our house were completely allayed. Their methods are thoughtful and derived from years of experience. All the electrical work satisfied my expectations in terms of functionality.

Our A/C went out mid January when it went from warm to cold. Another company came out and said it’d be at least 8 weeks on the part (as of April, they still don’t have it). Lee came out (James was the technician) and found that the only problem was a wire that a rat had chewed through. He was extremely sociable, good with the dogs, and had the A/C fixed that day. Probably saved us hundreds of dollars and I had cool air before he left. If anything, Lee needs to add a place for tips for this kind of service. Big thanks to Lee and especially James!

If you are considering Lee Company for a project, please read this review before you make your decision.

I needed a gas line replaced at my house so I called Lee Company to schedule a date to have a case manager come out and take a look. The scheduling process to have a case manager come out was very easy and simple. On the day of the visit (wednesday), my case manager called me to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. I showed him what I needed done and he informed me that he will follow-up via email with the estimate.

The case manager emailed me the estimate the following day (Thursday). On the next day (Friday), the day after I received the estimate, I emailed my case manager back to let him know that I accepted the estimate and requested to be put on the schedule. After this I expected a follow-up email with next steps, however, I never got any follow up from my case manager. After 3.5 business days (so the following Thursday) of being ghosted by the case manager, I called Lee Company to explain the situation. The rep I spoke to apologized for the lack of communication and informed me that he will reach out to my case manager's supervisor, and that I should expect a call from my case manager by end of day.

About 45 minutes after I called Lee Company to explain the situation, my case manager called me to inform me that they would come the following week to complete the job. My case manager never apologized, never took ownership for the lack of communication, or acknowledged my three attempts (on different days) to contact him directly prior to calling Lee's main line. I can without a doubt say that my case manager does not care about providing any customer service and professionalism. If I didn't reach out to Lee Company my case manager would have never contacted me back.

The crew that came out to replace the line were fantastic and did a great job. Overall the case manager I got needs to step up and provide the same level of service as his coworkers. I needed this job done quickly and if I was not pressed for time I would have definitely contacted another company due to the lack of care/communication from the case manager.

Edit: got a call from Lee company taking ownership for the communication issue. I appreciate the outreach and taking feedback seriously. I definitely understand that issues can occur. I appreciate a company that takes ownership and I will consider Lee Company for future projects.
