Had a condenser fan motor fail on our AC at home at the worst possible time (as is tradition) on the weekend. We called and left a message, and within 10 minutes received a call back saying they would meet us at the store in 30 minutes. This was at 9am on a Sunday. The man was there in exactly 30 minutes and had 5 broken ribs at that. I realize there is a fee for emergency service, but I feel like this was above and beyond. You guys run a tight shop, and I, my wife, and our pets appreciate your service greatly.

Best in town always have had the parts of units I need! They're also down right to notch dudes!! I'll be a customer as long as I can keep.working!!
