I love Lee Company for any electrical or plumbing or HVAC need! They are so professional from the person you speak to for your appointment (Agnes!) to the sunny and knowledgeable person who comes to help you. Always the BEST!

We initially brought Lee in to help with light flickering issues in the 1950's home we just bought. We knew going into it there would be significant cost and work needing done to bring the property to code (relocating the meter and rewiring old wires). We had the meter replaced and relocated but Lee did little to help with the original issue of the lights flickering. We requested that they come out on several occasions after but it was a struggle to get ahold of anyone (once they were paid for the meter work they were flighty). When techs did come out they did little to nothing to diagnose the issue, blamed other employees and told us that flickering lights are normal. (they are not) the project lead kept telling us it would be too costly for us to fix the issue without giving us an estimate of costs. For the record, I would've paid whatever it took to fix the flickering and I told them this but they refused to move forward with the work or quote stating that it was too costly. We also had their team install flush-mount cans. the install team left a pilot holes and fingerprints all over the ceiling and many of the cans were not flush to the ceiling. When I called to request someone come out and take a look, I was scoffed at. I'm struggling to see why this company gets good references. I won't be recommending Lee to anyone in my network.

Lee Company Technician did an excellent job. He was very personable and professional. Lee Company repaired an HVAC leak and was reasonably priced. Good job and thanks.

So I had just typed out a nice long explanation of my experience with Lee Co. but somehow it kicked me off for a second and started the review over so I'll just instead say thank you to the plumbing technician Jacob Clark and the customer engagement specialist Allan Farhat for helping me out. Y'all are top notch to work with Jacob is a very impressive young man. Very friendly and professional. Thanks guys for the hard work and the quick response times.

I had a warranty service that NEVER got back to fix my plumbing the day before Thanksgiving! I called Lee Company they were there the next day and had my sink fixed in less than 20 minutes. They even returned right away to complete a job next week and I appreciate their professionalism. I plan to call back if I have any other home work to be done. Thanks for you service and punctuality.

I had a plumbing maintenance done by Cory Davis. He was very helpful and professional. Explained everything to me of what I needed to watch for. Very friendly and efficient . I would recommend him if you have plumbing issues.

Russell was great! Lee Company was super responsive. I called at 6 am and they called me back at 7 and Russell was at our house at 8. He was able to fix our leak right away. We required additional work done and Russell came back on the day he said he would. Our appt was at noon and he actually called at 8 and offered to come earlier. He did a great job and everything is working as it should be! Thanks for the great job and prompt and attentive service!

There was only 2 thing’s we had a problem with was 10 to 12 they showed up at 1:30 and wen we set up the appointment I told the lady what they would need for the job.Wen the technician came she had none of the parts. Other then that she was awesome. She new exactly what was going on before she even opened the box. Very nice attitude she said how much she loved being an electrician. She was just what I wish kids would be today. She is a keeper. Will call for her anytime we need an electrician god bless.

Would highly recommend Lee Company. They sent out a plumber, Sean Nelson, same day and he discovered the cause of our issue within an hour or so. He set a follow up appointment for two days later to replace a section of pipe. He completed that repair very quickly. We were left very pleased with the professionalism and speed of Sean with Lee Company.

Been using Lee Company for years. Their technicians are professional and do good work. I've had many good experiences with projects and services performed by them and the latest HVAC maintenance visit was no exception. Thanks Lee Company for consistently providing excellent service.
