Regular hvac maintence - however, everytime they come they recommend yet something
else be done, at a ost of no less than 1400 for eachreommended item. So I dont totally
trust them - no different than any other company I've used in the past.

Bryson came out in the evening of 01/25 when I discovered my heater was not working. He checked the system and said he had to order bad gas valve and a flat pan heat igniter. The next day he texted and said the estimate for parts is $661. Surprised at the cost, I asked that much for two parts? He then told me it was for a heater motor too. That made more sense. He stated that he could not get an ETA for the parts. The 25th was a Thursday. Spoke to him on the 26th about estimate and did not get a follow-up call the entire next week. I called him on 02/03 and he stated the systems were down at the warehouse and he didn't know about the parts. I mentioned if he could get the gas valve, the flat pan heat igniter and the heater motor elsewhere and he claims the parts are already paid for, and he said the heater motor isnt one of the parts and said some other part. Well im not a heater tech so where would i get heater motor, that i wrote down. He said he didnt know. It has been in the low 30 to 20's and all I have is a couple of space heaters for me, my granddaughter and dog. I think it is unprofessional that no one calls to just say we are still waiting or anything. I'm calling another company out to get a second opinion and hopefully have heat for my house. Governor Lee, your Murfreesboro Lee Co. is slacking.

Detected and located line blockage. Repaired quickly and came on time with a high quality repair. No need for a replacement. They are the only one I turn to for this service.

The first 2 times Lee company did work for us loved the service. The price was fair. The 3rd time had clogged up drain pipe. The employee fixed it in 30 min. Then charged us $288 when I asked about the receipt. He said he would email it & we could print it off. Never got email & still to this date can get a receipt. Then I called to have the bathroom faucet replaced. The employee that was servicing Gordonsville/ Elmwood area is now the supervisor. He told the employee that was here the charge would be $232 for 1 faucet to be replaced. I told them just forget it. Then supervisor said it would be a service charge of $78. This is guy who talked me into the yearly membership.I told them i was done with lee company

We had a outside faucets pipe burst at 4:45pm and the water got about 1/8" high in our living room and dining room. I called Lee and they came out pulled out the faulty pipe/faucet and installed a new one working untill 8pm that same night! Thank you Scotty May for doing a great job!
I have used Lee for Electrical help before and now for this plumbing repair. All I can say is "There’s no reason to call anyone but Lee!"
