Travis repaired a gas leak on our fireplace. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He found and repaired the problem quickly and cleaned the work area when finished. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a job well done.

Jewell Mechanical Serviceman, Josh K. arrived at our residence as scheduled. He performed the seasonal check of our heating system. In my 66 years on this planet, I have never had an HVAC serviceman as thorough as Josh. He checked things that no other HVAC tech has ever checked during a seasonal checkup. He was polite, proficient and thorough. I will never bother with comparing HVAC contractors again. I’ve found the best one in Nashville! They are honest, reliable and they don’t try to up-sell you! I couldn’t be more pleased!

Recently had a motherboard replaced on my HVAC system and I appreciate the diligence of the techs who worked on it. It was quite a mystery but they figured it out (Tim did) and got it installed (Josh Koehn). Highly recommend these guys but hope I don't have to call them very often!

I was having HVAC problems and learned that I had a major leak in the coils along with a compressor that was quickly deteriorating. Jewell Mechanical was recommended to me from a co-worker. This company stands out to me from the others because they were able to send a technician out, free of charge. I was also quoted prices that were less than another company in the area. The technicians Josh W. & Sean K. installed an entire new HVAC system in my home and were personable, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend Jewell Mechanical to anyone! :)

Addendum: Most recently I had an issue with my HVAC unit. Joshua Soto evaluated the unit in February and did a phenomenal job. He was detail oriented and thorough. The issue with my HVAC unit was resolved in a timely manner. I would still recommend Jewel Mechanical to anyone!
