We used Jewell to service my mother’s HVAC unit. Brian was very professional and helpful. The amount charged was very reasonable.

Its always a great experience dealing with Jewell Mechanical. I called for a service repair for our business, and had them here ASAP. Matt Simmonds was very professional and got us up and running in no time. He was great at communicating with us during the entire process. They have definitely earned our business, and we will continue to use them in the future!

Amazing and fast service! Our AC went out on a Friday evening and we were worried about keeping our house cool enough for our new baby. Jewell paged their on call technician and Addam came over an hour or so after we called! He was so kind and professional and fixed the problem quickly. So glad we called here!

Jewell does a great job in servicing and maintaining our heating/air conditioning system. They are prompt on their service visits and thorough in the work that they do. Joshua just performed our spring tune-up and we are good to go for the upcoming spring and summer. I am comfortable in recommending that anyone consider Jewell for their own HVAC service needs.

Took awhile to get it right. They installed a new hvac system for my house. Great job installing it. Very detail oriented.
Through no fault of Jewell Mechanical, the unit was defective and had an oil leak. The smell would then blow into the house when the ac kicked on. Took awhile to get them to finally replace the entire unit (2 months exactly). Another great installation job. New unit seems to be working well.
In the end, they got it right; it just took awhile to get there.
Technicians were very courteous, friendly, and always on time.

Matt Simmonds came out to perform our heat system start-up and maintenance of our systems. Matt did an awesome job and was very through with his inspection. Matt explained everything when he was finish.

I have 2 AC units and have called them twice in the last 3 months. The most impressive thing is that both times they were able to schedule for the next day. Caleb came today and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue in record time. They initially installed 1 of the units. I am considering signing a contract for routine maintenance. I highly recommend them
