Joshua Soto came to look at my grandfather’s unit and he was amazing! He made sure everything was okay and kept us informed on what he was doing the entire time. Top notch service!!

This is not a review of the services of the company. It is a review of the driver of their company van. On 6.5.19 around 4:20 pm the driver of this van accelerated off of Rivergate Parkway onto I-65N and proceeded to cross two lanes of traffic with no concern for the rush hour traffic. The driver also failed to use the blinker to indicate that he/she was forcing their way across two lanes of traffic because HE/SHE was in a hurry. I backed off from this reckless driver after my passenger took this photo because we wanted to make it home intact and I need my car to get to and fro work. I understand that those of us who drive private cars can act like idiots sometimes (not an excuse just a fact) but when someone is driving a COMPANY van they should heed caution and not drive reckless. This driver is a representative for the company and I was not the only one to take notice of the madcap driving skills. At one point I made eye contact with a driver beside, me who this driver cut off, and we both just threw our hands up in the air in agreement. So Jewell Mechanical the name of your company is now ingrained negatively in a dozen or so minds because of your careless driver.

Brian was really awesome and got us up and running quickly! He also trouble shot another issue! Very professional!

Matt came out to fix our heating problem at our plant and he performed brilliantly. He diagnosed a sperate issue that was at the root of the original problem and then got it fixed for us. What a great employee.

Josh did a wonderful job on our a/c maintenance this morning. Very polite, and happy to have him as our technician :)

Josh Nollner was great to work with in planning and quoting installation of a Mitsubishi mini-split system for our sun room. Installation crew members Nate and Zack were right on time as scheduled and were wonderful in working out any concerns we had. Job completed efficiently and we are pleased with the work. And they broom cleaned up their work areas! Definitely would recommend this team!

Matt Simmonds was incredibly kind and helpful. As a hair salon with blow dryers constantly going, if the AC is out it can get very hot. Even with clients coming in and out, Matt worked fast and efficiently! We appreciate his hard work to keep us cool! Thanks, Matt!
