I had some concerned about my HVAC unit and I contacted Jewell mechanical. Within a day, I was able to get someone to check at my unit. Brian looked if everything was working well and I decided to take the HVAC maintenance package. It's not the first time I'm using their services and I recommend Jewell mechanical for their professionalism and responsiveness.

Brian was very professional on his service call today. He was here to replace an A/C coil. He explained everything he was going to do in terms I understood. I would recommend Brian and Jewell to friends.

Our HVAC was making a loud banging noise and I called Jewell Mechanical. They gave me a date and time for the tech to arrive Brian, Jewell tech, arrived early, diagnosed our problem and advised he would order the needed part and return the following day. He also showed us how to get heat without using the heat pump. Brian returned the following day and made the repair between rain showers and periods of thunder and lightening, Thank you Brian for the quick and courteous service.

Josh Soto came out to help us fix our heating unit that had stopped pumping air into the house. Another company had quoted us in the thousands and tried to push a new unit purchase as the best option. Josh was able to do maintenance and repair the issue for less than half what the other company quoted just for the repair. He also went yhr extra mile and tested the unit thoroughly, not settling for just fixing the obvious broken part and leaving. Very informative and walked me through everything he was doing as he did it, and made sure I understood what all was happening.

Josh and Stanley came to my home on time and they are very professional but also friendly, they are very experienced and they know this job very well. I am so impressed about communication and professionalism. Before i called Jewell Mechanical, i called two different companies and they lack the communication and knowledge. I highly recommend Jewell Mechanical to everyone for a fair price, their knowledge and their great customer service, job well done, very happy with this company.

I have had a seasonal maintenance contract with Jewell Mechanical for many years on two different homes. They always send top notch techs to check my HVAC system, install new filters where needed and point out any potential problems that could become a real issue down the road. Today, Brian came by to do my maintenance and was professional, efficient and courteous. He did what he was supposed to do, and more. Upon arrival at my home I told him where to find everything and also asked he try to do his work with a minimum of oversight since I had a very important Zoom video meeting cominng up within minutes. Brian was fast, efficient, professional and mindful not to make any noise while I was on my video meeting..

In my opinion Brian was a great tech guy, but also a very positive reflection on Jewell Mechanical and their committement to customer service of the highest order.

Technician Curly was terrific. Had our spring tune up. Was here promptly when scheduled. Explained each step he was doing and reviewed his findings. Very professional and courteous.

We had storm damage to our AC unit. The technician came out within a few days and repaired the problem and offered us a great deal on an annual service contract. Thanks for your prompt service!

Amazing plumbing service! Russell and Christian are very skilled in their trade and quickly identified+repaired a major plumbing disaster at my house (which was the result of grossly negligent work recently performed by Roto-Rooter). Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!
