Matt Simmonds was excellent. We had an emergency repair needed and he made it in the pouring rain. Even went to great lengths to get the parts necessary,,,which were not locally available. I was very impressed with the service and repair. You dont see this kind of customer service much anymore. Just plenty of excuses. Not here!

Needed two new units, 3.5 and 3 ton, brand new ductwork upstairs and downstairs, new return duct, etc. Big job. They were very busy when excessive heat hit the city. Still, I was never given any excuses, never made to feel less than a very important client. As promised, the first crew arrived to remove everything. Neat, quiet and respectful. Then the rest came, so there were several workers and it took a few days. Through all of it my hand was tightly held by the magical Josh and his kind and sweet team. My experience is nothing short of amazement, gratitude and unending praise for their dedication, quality workmanship and excellent value for money!
