Jewell Mechanical continues to meet and exceed my expectations. Today I had my annual maintenance and Curly was knowledgeable and very experienced. Nice when your HVAC tech has been in the business for a long time. Jewell Mechanical has done my HVAC work for a year and will also get my plumbing business when I have a need.

Josh Soto was extremely professional and helped identify and solve the issue we were having with our HVAC duct. Jewell Mechanical has been helpful and prompt each time we have called and I highly recommend them.

I just had a wonderful experience. We had a power surge that fried out newer tankless water heater. I called after hours and was dispatched to a tech. The person who called me back helped me troubleshoot and was super honest with the assessment that it would either be a board-level repair or replacement. Because of this helpful honesty and it not being just an after-hours receptionist like the other places I called, I followed up and got an appointment for the next day. The person I spoke with in the office was also super friendly and helpful and I was scheduled right away.

Next, Russel came to my house. And was super friendly and helpful. He spoke with the manufacturer of the water heater and helped get the boards replaced. It's only a year old and it made sense to repair it if that was possible. I know that if I had service from other plumbing companies that they wouldn't have gone through the trouble and would have recommended a full water heater replacement. I'm a long-game person, and being honest like that is what compelled me to write this review, and also I'll be using Jewell again for myself, and clients. They weren't my regular plumber or HVAC company going into this, but the fact that they were there after hours to speak to, and have provided stellar honest service, I will be back.

Our hot water heater went out and was leaking downstairs. Dave at Jewell Mechanical was quick to come out and access the damage. Russell and Douglas then came to replace the water heater and they could not have been more courteous, talented or knowledgeable. The folks at Jewell Mechanical are rock stars and we will continue to use their plumbing and HVAC services whenever an issue comes up. They are the best!!!

Had an electrical issue with my HVAC system. The technician (Joshua Soto) was on time, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly fixed my issue. He was thorough and didn’t cut corners when it came to the repair. This company has earned my trust and loyalty and will continue to do business with them moving forward.
