Jewell Mechanical is reliable and provides good service year after year. Brian was timely, thorough and super nice. He even found my car key in the driveway and brought them to me. I appreciate his thoughtfulness.

Terrific service. Our technician, Josh K was courteous, professional, and conscientious. He was able to get our (somewhat complicated) system working again. Price seems very fair. We will now be using them for our routine maintenance as well.

Recently, our split-unit above our garage went out, and one of their techs Joshua Soto was here until almost 8PM in the cold drizzle fixing it for us...above and beyond! Would highly recommend, and thanks to Joshua for going the extra mile!

I want to recommend 2 excellent technicians at Jewell - Curly and Joshua Soto. My HVAC has been intermittently failing when the heat comes on. Joshua discovered that the problem was an electrical issue with the disconnect box rather than an issue with the HVAC unit itself. I was impressed, as no other technician had been able to figure out the problem for years. I scheduled a time with Jewell to have it replaced, and Curly came and did an amazing job. Curly also spent a lot of time with me afterwards showing me how the fuses fit more tightly in the new disconnect box, which will keep it from generating heat and blowing out fuses in the future. I recommend asking for Curly or Joshua Soto when you call Jewell.

We had Brian work on our AC when it went out. He was incredibly helpful, informative, and honest! I didn't feel like he was trying to oversell us on a bunch of unneeded things. He explained what was wrong and our various options, and went out of his way to explain everything (since I don't know much about AC units). Would highly recommend Brian and Jewell Mechanical!

Joshua Soto was my technician . He was courteous and responsive; and worked diligently to diagnose the problem with my furnace. He did not leave until the work was done.

Jewell Mechanical was A+ from the phone call to the technician to the timely email receipt. I have used them for a few years for seasonal maintenance. But recently my heating unit stopped working (it was the thermostat , nothing forseeable in the twice yearly visits).
I was able to get an appointment in reasonable time.
The phone reps were courteous and efficient.
Joshua S arrived on time per the scheduled window and was just super. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, explained everything, and double checked some issues with his coworker before giving me options. Everything their staff did made a stressful situation much easier.

Josh Soto was so kind! He worked with us until almost midnight to get out A/C on and running and was willing to drive an hour to come and fix it in the middle of the night! Good people like this are hard to come by. I would recommend for any of your needs ! Thanks again Josh! We appreciate you and you taught us a lot!!

Brian showed up on time this morning to perform a replacement that was thought to be needed, but after examination, the condenser did NOT need be replaced and I was not charged for the visit. Brian was friendly, prompt and was very customer focused and I appreciate that. Jewell is lucky to have guys like Brian!

Brian recently came out for my yearly maintenance appointment. Called ahead as promised, was on time and completed the tune-ups efficiently and professionally. I got an honest assessment that things looked good with no attempt to up-sell work. A hassle-free experience seems to be harder to find these days but I appreciate it when I find it.
