    After having a (seemingly reputable) service company who has serviced my units and falsely claimed they needed replacement, Hiller came in and helped provide a second opinion service check. I was impressed with the technician and his knowledge. Just went through the first service visit and was pleased with the detail provided in their report.

    Hiller installed a new water main in our subdivision last year and did an excellent job. I now needed to connect an existing irrigation system to the main line which was done today. The plumbers again did an excellent job. Very efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’m never disappointed with Hiller.

    Our tankless hot water heater developed a leak from one of the lines and was dripping on the ground every time hot water was used in the house. I went to make an appointment and was able to find and opening the next morning. Very simple to schedule service using their website and was able to upload a video of our leak in action. The technician arrived on time and I was given a heads up with tracking information to know when to expect help. He was very courteous and quickly diagnosed our problem and offered a solution. He worked quickly and did not make any mess. He even offered to check out other problems around the house to avoid having an additional house call. Overall extremely pleased with the speed of service, quality of work, professionalism and we'll highly recommend them. Thanks Dylan and Hiller!

    My service man was very knowledgeable explained everything in detail. Did not push me to do anything other than what absolutely needed to been done.
    Discussed the future of my water heater since it’s 12 years old and what kind of service would be done on it at that time. I am very impressed with Hillar and I have a service man that’s close to my area and he would be available anytime I needed any service done.

    Hiller installed a new HVAC unit at my home over a month ago and we are still having issues. The installation was not performed properly and Hiller cut a hole through my garage to the outside, without my knowledge or permission. When they sent a technician out to repair the shoddy installation they sent the exact same team…. The Project Manager (Dondy) tried to refuse any discount, lied and then begrudgingly offered us a small one because it was clear we were not “happy”.
    The unit then stopped working three weeks later due to a crack in the pan that occurred during the installation. We were told by repair tech 1 that he would order a new pan, which came in very quickly. Repair tech 2 came out and tried to install what we discovered was the wrong pan. He left after updating us that another new pan would be ordered.
    It’s now 8 days later…. No additional contacts from Hiller. Their Customer Service Rep said she didn’t see where a new pan had been ordered so she couldn’t provide an update. I have left messages for the Nashville office manager to call me- no response as of yet. And here’s the best part- remember the discount Dondy finally agreed to? It’s not noted on my account anywhere.
    So- I paid $15,000.00 for Hiller to damage my home, incorrectly install an HVAC unit, both ignore and bully me, make false promises and order (or not order at all) incorrect parts.

    Amazing service! The new faucet they installed is working perfectly and they cleaned, replaced, and tightened up the valves and tubing under our kitchen sink leaving it better than they found it. Will definitely be using Hiller for future needs!

    $387 to hang a simple ceiling fan? That is usury. I will avoid Hiller in the future.

    The water heater installation went well, and they were incredibly helpful in fixing some other problems they noticed during the process. They also pointed out some other issues (aging pipes and janky wiring) in clear and helpful language to help me understand the issues and potential fixes. I'm beyond pleased with my service today.
