    Our AC went out on a Saturday. I called this company as they had installed the system when our home was built. They advised me of service charges for the weekend and prices for the regular work week. Tech was at our home within the hour and diagnosed then fixed the issue within another half hour. Very easy to work with and we are pleased that the AC was working during this warm weekend.

    During an ice storm, after business hours, over the phone, they walked a mother of a new born through the steps to get her heating back on and now it is working. This act of service over profit was done for a lady in my neighborhood.

    My heater blower went out at the coldest time of the year when it is below freezing at night. I called to have them come out and fix their system that was about 1.5 years old and it came with the new Goodall home. The system has a warranty. I talked to the service manager James and told him my family was freezing and we needed to have someone come out to fix it. He laughed when I asked to have someone come that day, and said I would have to pay for the labor involved. It was going to be really cold the next week and tried to schedule them to come fix, and he told me to go get the part somewhere else, and call another company. I am thankful Maynard AC/Heating is coming the same day to help my family.

    Had the technicians come and assess the high humditiy in my house. They stated there was no issue. After finding mold in my house I called them back and asked the service manager to come out to my house. He stated hVAC is running as it should and recommended installing a dehumidifier. 6 months later the issue is back. Paid another company to check the issued. Stated Claude installed a dehumidifier that was undersized. I called Claud back and they would not admit to this. Now I’ve hired an attorney. My house is at 70% in the summer. It’s 10 months old for new construction.

    Don’t use this company. They are the ones that Goodall Homes use in many of their communities. They promise you 2 years warranty of labor (which I still have the document given by Goodall Homes). Then when you call them they just said is only one year. I called Maynard HVAC to get a diagnostic of my HVAC.Then I call back Claud to come a fix it. They just came to give a “diagnostic” and charge us for nothing. That is why I am talking to my lawyer that them and Goodall Homes are accountable for the false promises. If you do a closing DON’T throw away the warranty documents given to you. They can help you in situations like this.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They could not fix a simple issue. Told me we needed a new unit. Was going to leave us without air for two weeks, when our air worked before they got there. We called another company, and they had issue fixed within an hour. Now they are demanding payment over $700.00 for an issue they couldn't fix. Horrible !!!!

    HUGE shout out to Tyler! He came out at 9:30 PM and repaired our frozen AC unit. He listened to my experience , explained the possible cause and corrected the issue.
    Highly recommended!

    Claud has been prompt and gotten the job done each time we have needed them.

    So Thankful and impressed by Bobby and the whole Claud Heating and Air team. It’s 7 degrees this morning and my Heat /Heat Pump isn’t coming on. They answered my call and responded with quick call back and device. Thank you Bobby and All of the Claud Heating &Air team!

    Jerry came out to see what the problem is only to tell me that he is not equipped to have what I need to fix it.

    He walked out on me [because he got mad] as I asked him, "how come you don't have the equipment if this is your line of work?"

    He said he's just an "office guy" helping out. Actually, he's the owner.

    I feel that the tech who had the tools to get the job done should have come then.

    If it takes 3 techs and you still have an issue, that says something. It should speak volumes.

    Extremely poor service. I bought my house and Claud Heating & Air LLC is the one who installed the HVAC system. Poor air duct design thru the house , more than one room does not get enough airflow to be up to the set temperature.Called them multiple times and never got it fixed.
    Called them for routine maintenance but they did not performed all the procedure which cost me thousands of dollars in form of water damage to ceiling.
