Parker's Heating & Cooling

Any and every house I have lived in, I have always used Parker's. I have known Josh for a long time and we graduated together. I am very pleased with all of the Parker employees I have ever dealt with, but Tra goes above and beyond! Tra has served our furnaces for so long, he knows his way around the house. Whether it be the thermostat locations, attic access, and even the furbaby's name!

I know I can always depend on Parker's for excellent service, highly recommend!

He was friendly and explained everything. Overall it's not 92 degrees in my house anymore so I'd say he did a good job.

Their tech came out on a Sunday and fixed my issue. Really nice guy, and a very professional team.

Wow! Contacted company about an after hour request. The dispatcher was prompt and friendly HOWEVER the technician that called back was RUDE, did not provide any feedback but that they dont look at evaporator coils on the weekend. He even hung up without saying bye after I had said "Oh,ok". Wow! Guess they woke him up out of his sleep. Scratch this company off the list. Wont be using them nor would I recommend their company. First impressions says alot! I seen 4.9 Stars and thought, ok, better than competitor and their open 24 hours...I was so wrong!

They helped us tremendously after a bad experience with another company. They are straight forward, down to earth folks and technicians who, guess what?, know what they're doing that's what!....we actually hope to never have to call about another HVAC issue again anytime soon, but at least we have a place to be confident in calling on. Big thanks from the Jones!

did an excellent job. He found no problems with the 3 HVAC system but went beyond the call by helping me with an issue with my Nest thermostats. Great job.

Parker's had a technician to our house quickly and Jim was able to have our heat up and running in no time. Will definitely call them for any future heating and cooling needs

Learned about Parker's through a radio advertisement on I believe it was 94.1 the Fish. Decided to give them a try about 3 years ago. All of their techs are courteous, knowledgeable of HVAC systems, and represent their employer well.
Tra has been the service tech the last 2-3 visits and he is very friendly and knows his HVAC.
