Once you purchase the product with this company don't expect anything more. This includes claiming any responsibility or liability for their product, equipment, or workmanship. I thought choosing a small local business would have tighter relationships and better business practices but boy was I wrong. Attached are photos of my full review of this company which explains everything that has happened in the last 6 months after getting a completely new HVAC unit with Parker's Heating & Cooling. Jim at Parker's has been our Technician for I know about 7 years. He consistently goes above and beyond for us. This business has integrity, professionalism and great customer service. We have a brand new house in Lascassas. Jim came out this morning to do our regular biannual service and he found a leak in our hvac. Let me be clear. This unit was put in by another company. If Jim hadn't found the link that unit would of been out of warranty and it would of cost us thousands of dollars to trace the leak and fix it.
Thanks to Erik, he was able to help us quickly to avoid a dangerous situation with our heat pump. Would choose him every time to take care of heating and cooling needs. Can't say enough good about this company! Thanks again.

I hadn't had an issue with this company until today. I usually pay the $99 for service 2 times a year. I took off of work to wait for my 10-12 slot, and got a call at 10:15 saying that they needed to reschedule. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one and some how they were able to get someone out to my house by 11:30. I continued to ask for a refund, and they said that there wasn't one to give (even though I was told otherwise a week prior). I refused the service because I do not support businesses that lie and do not put their customers first. The tech that comes out is awesome; however, I will no longer use this company because of their office staff! Extemely unprofessional and something that the Better Business Bureau should hear about!!
I called with a few questions concerning a new unit. Josh took his time and explained options..We discussed a few different units I could go with and the pros and cons. He is a great guy and I was very thankful for his time and expertise.
Josiah and Cole are very courteous and professional HVAC installers. Josiah answered all my questions and thoroughly explained how to use my new unit and thermostat. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
