Both of my hvac units went out and Parker’s was on the list of companies to use through a program offered through my electric company. I chose them because I was telling a friend about my issues, and she told me about the work Parker’s had done for where she worked. She gave them a glowing recommendation. She was right. The whole team was courteous, professional, and very helpful with everything. They walked me through each step explaining everything as they went along. They were very concerned that I got air in my home as soon as possible. They answered all my questions and was just wonderful.
Mr. Johnson was professional and provided great customer service. He asked about the issues I was having and took his time to ensure the work was done to perfection and communicated with me throughout the process. We even had an issue that I did not make him aware of when using the outside water hose to clean the unit while performing my maintenance. He was so kind to assist me with clean up. Bo at Parkers is a great guy. I had reprogrammed my thermostat and was unsure what was the right settings. He spent over 20 minutes on the phone talking with me on how to fix it! This is what you call great customer service!

After buying my first two units, I received a ton of cookies. After buying my third, we received nothing. Don’t let your MVP residential customers go unnoticed. I’ve praised your company on multiple social media sites, but the last 6 weeks have felt like pulling teeth.
Jim was professional and really knew his stuff. He kept me informed about options and various costs for repair and maintenance. I felt in the best of hands, so to speak. I will request Jim every time for future jobs.
