    They have replaced both of my air conditioners, and they are very thoughtful and concerned about doing a good job. When I was unhappy with anything, even things they couldn't control like excess condensation with the higher efficiency units, they worked with me to find a solution I was happy with. They are as quick as they can be when they know your air/heat is completely out. I've been with them a long time and I'm a very happy customer.

    I want you to know that I called on a sunday afternoon asking for help....it was hotter than blazes. Rusty was there withing an hour. He worked his butt off fixing the problem. Parkers is lucky to have him as a technician. He was professional, courteous, on time, dilegent, and really wanted to solve my problem. I was the most important thing for a couple hours. If I could give him 6 stars I would! I am a new customer of theirs now....Rusty is the reason.

    Very pleased with the prompt response by both the dispatcher in getting my mother on the schedule, and by Eric, the technician, who came out promptly and got my mother's unit cooling for her. She is 82 with a heart condition and I was concerned that he would not be able to get to her promptly or be able to fix the problem. He was able to do both. I will gladly use Parker's again the next time either of us have a problem with our HVAC service.

    Parkers were a great help replacing air conditioner. They gave me all my options and help me understand completely to make an educated decision. Since I have purchased my unit I have been pleased with its heating and cooling and the cost savings on my electric bill. Parkers have also been ready to help even with just a phone call to help understand my new thermostat.

    My unit isn't very old, less than five years old. It's an American Standard 3 ton 16 seer heat pump system. I had it installed and bought through another company that is local to Smyrna as well. I had it installed, some new duct work, along with a larger register and an extra vent into my home. Even had an extra twelve inches of insulation blown into my attic. I've kept my unit well maintained with the other company like clock with for the past four years. From day one I explained to them something wasn't right. That it didn't seem to keep up like it should.
    They came out rechecked all their work several times and kept telling me that everything was fine. This went on for the years. Last year when they came out for the second maintenance that was scheduled for the year I explained to them my same concerns. I had them check the freon levels along with the regular scheduled maintenance that was planned. They said your evaporator coil is leaking. I wasn't surprised something was off. Then I explained that they had added freon before, not once but twice. Then I asked why wasn't that found after repeatedly expressing my concerns? They did not have an answer. My unit has a ten year warranty. Which I knew and why I purchased a top rated system. The owner of this company made the trip out during this inspection. He really didn't offer the level of customer service I believed that I should've have gotten. I wasn't pleased to find out that the part was covered, again already knew it would be and then for him to tell me it was going to be over four hundred dollars in labor and freon to correct the problem. Between that and the fact that myself and two other family members I referred spent a grand total of approximately $30,000 dollars with them within a few short months. I definitely wasn't happy. I'm in customer sales and service as well. That would not fly in my world. It was poor service all the way around but I didn't argue. I paid the bill and moved on. My HVAC system still wasn't right. Even after that repair. That's why I'm writing this review.

    So here we are today. I called Parker's Heating and Cooling on Monday. Signed up for their regular scheduled maintenance program after speaking with the owner and then his front office calling me to confirm. Today their technician came out to my home, called me ahead of time, I was at work, he then called my wife who was home, arrived at my home shortly after and began his work. Before he finished he called me, asked a few questions, I explained to him what is been experiencing, asked him if he could check a few things, which he replies with yes sir. He then explains to me that my capacitor is weak and it needs to be replaced. I did I have a warranty. He replied I can work with that sir but since you didn't buy the unit from us there is a filing fee for the warranty. I responded with I'm good with that as long as it is repaired properly. He replied with yes sir. I will tell you as I lay here wrong this review at 11:10 pm that my house is cooler and the temperature thought I'd much better than it has ever been. Even from when the unit was first installed. From the owner, to the office, and to the field technician I have nothing but good to say about this company and their team. They are honest, friendly, reliable, timely and do the necessary repairs correctly. Impeccable customer service. I want to say thank you to all involved. We are very pleased with you all.
