Mike, gave a good first impression about the company to move forward with the appt, and Josh was great explaining about the new HVAC and our options. When the guys (Jason & Cole) came to install they provided excellent customer service, they were very neat and clean. We appreciate them respecting our home. We love that the company is family owned, isn't too small, nor too big and local to Nashville. Overall, we are very pleased and had a good experience so much we referred Parkers to a family member for a new unit the following week.

We've had Parker's service since we bought the house and have never had any negative issues. We recently had a new HVAC installed, and it was quick, clean, and quiet. Sadly, we had just had an Ecobee thermostat installed, but the new HVAC wasn't compatible(we found out after the fact), fortunately we kept the new thermostat, instead of returning it, and Parker's came out, installed the new thermostat and left the ecobee with us for our next home.
I didn't hesitate to sign another maintenance agreement.

Dwayne was very courteous, efficient and professional. In fact Parker personnel are always courteous, kind and professional. They do an excellent job in keeping my system operating properly!

Parker's responded immediately when our furnace died overnight. Everyone we worked with from the receptionist, to the initial technician who diagnosed the problem (within 1 hour of our call), to the sales rep, to the installers - was professional, courteous, and well-trained. Would recommend!

Like most people, I called Parker's when something wasn't working. This has happened twice and both times, the technicians were excellent: fast, respectful, well spoken, informative. I have since signed up for their maintenance program and even that technician was superior to most home repair people. Call them. Now. Don't search for any other companies. Trust me. Yes, I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night, trust.

Reggie was SUPERB! He was friendly, professional, he explained what he was doing and why, and best of all, he resolved my hvac problem QUICKLY after a mis-diagnosis from another provider. Parker's rates extremely reasonable, and they are very reliable.
Reggie truly made my day, and i am SO happy he helped me out!! He even calmed and made friends with my barking dog--EXCELLENT!!!!!

We had a new system installed. The folks at Parker's did a fantastic job. Install and follow up were done quickly. The staff is helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

They are awesome! The receptionist is very friendly and when I left a message over the weekend she got right back to me on Monday! Ask for Eric he came out to the house on time and fixed the issue right away. Parker's Heating and Cooling is the best in town!

High level of customer service. Honest and dependable. Recently had a unit installed. The Parkers have always done a phenomenal job at our homes. Highly recommended.
