10/29/19-I read the reviews before i made the call to this company. I really couldn't find any negative comments. They are all true. A rare find in today's world of dishonest business's. I had problems with one of their competitors that quoted me over $ 600.00 in repairs but couldn't do the repairs the same day due to showing up late at 7 pm. It was dark outside and they promised to come back next morning in day light and get me going. No show / No call. When i called them, they thought the repairs were done and had no one to come out that day to finish. So i called Parker Heat and air and spoke with a nice lady Bridgett. She was very professional but very down to earth and convincing. I liked her. She even went over a few top of the line brands they had in house. I explained my dilemma and said i needed some one honest and dependable and i was freaking out knowing cold weather was on its way and she said give us a try sir and let us prove it to you. And that they did! From Brittney's assuring words to Williams excellent knowledge they found the problem, installed a new thermostat ( Very nice, lighted and Programmable) and told me the other problems the competitor said i needed, i did not need. They could have easily sold me the thermostat, implemented the other repairs and i would have not known the difference. This is honesty folks... Great Job Parker Heating and Cooling! You have another long term customer now.

I also had the honor to meet Marty Parker, founder of Parker’s Heating and Cooling. I learned about his early life and his family. I loved hearing about his time serving in the Navy, song writing, and how he got started in the heating and cooling industry. He built a successful family business that is now run by his sons, whom he spoke highly of. If you are in the Nashville area, I highly recommend Parker’s Heating and Cooling. They give honest quotes, fair pricing, and run a solid business.

I was referred to Parker Bros by a trusted contractor and I was extremely pleased with their service. It started with Ashley answering the phone and scheduling me for an appointment the same day. Tra came on time was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He performed a routine service on all three of my units and explained everything that he found that needed our attention.
I highly recommend Parker Bros based upon my initial service call with them.
The installers, David and Jason were prompt, professional, and courteous as was everyone I dealt with at Parker's. They had our new system installed in just a few hours and we're very pleased with their work and the product.
Rusty was my technician today for my scheduled hvac maintenance. Such a very friendly, professional, customer oriented person. He was trying to do the part of the inspection on the inside of the house and my thermostat screen wouldn't work. He asked me how long I had my unit and when I said under two years . He said the thermostat is under warranty and he would go get me one and install it for me. He definitely went above and beyond and Parkers now has a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Parker's Heating and Cooling for all you hvac needs. Thank you, The Hudsons
