    Mr Noe Medina from Parker's Heating and Cooling performed the maintenance on our hvac today. He was on time and very professional. He thoroughly cleaned the unit better than most techs do. Very impressed with his work and work ethic. He made sure everything was secured and the area cleaned up before he left. Thanks Noe, for a job well done.

    Please read the rest of the poor reviews about this company. This company was going to charge me $350 to install a breaker. AND I HAD THE BREAKER. The owner, Rick, said he was making $30 on the job. Finding a cheaper/better solution and I’ll update this review to that business as a result. Do not use this company!

    Our AC quit cooling in the evening. We are members of the Comfort Club for this company and they responded within a reasonable amount of time that evening. The installer saw that the runoff pan had filled up and then backed up into the system. This has been an ongoing issue, and he did an indepth look at the system and recommended that we make a modification to the drainage system that would route the water outside, thus keeping this issue from continuing. We set up the service call for a couple of days later. The installer kept in contact with us about the planned service and arrived promptly, He went right to work and completed the modification within a very reasonable amount of time. He was completely professional at all times as were all the people we had contact with from Parker's. We have used this company for a number of years and will continue to do so with confidence.

    I've been a part of the Comfort Club for just over a year and every interaction I have with Parker's is excellent. From the phone call saying it's time for bi-annual maintenance, to the technician coming to perform the service, it is all great. When we moved into our house in Murfreesboro, they told me what worked good, what was broken, and what could wait until next time to be fixed. We had quite a bit of work done and I was comfortable with the price. I would pay it again for the quality their teams have. I recommend them to everyone!

    Air stopped blowing cold. Aiden came out and checked my units. I thought I might need a recharge (it's been really hot out lately). I was wrong. I had a vent clogged outside that wasn't allowing my unit to work properly. Aiden cleaned the blockage and checked to make sure that my refrigerant wasn't low. He then checked the actual temp of the air blowing out to make sure that it fell within the proper range. Everything works fine now. He's an awesome tech, as are all of the techs that Parker's has sent to my home.

    Parker's has been servicing my 2 AC units since we moved to TN 15 years ago so when the time came to replace my leaking and failing split unit I knew who to call. Every employee from Parker's that has come to my home has been friendly, courteous, professional and respected my home. A new split unit was installed with the air handler in the attic, they left the area cleaner than they found it and finished promptly. I highly recommend Parker's, you feel like a friend or one of their family when you do business with them.
