I bought both my units from Parker's and could not be more pleased with the continued service I receive from Josh, Kendra, Erik, and all the great staff! Last night my water unit went out. Fortunately, Parker's was already scheduled for my fall inspection. Erik, who has been servicing my home, also looked at the water heater and was able to repair it right then and there! I have water again AND my heating/air is serviced for the season!! Thank you, to you all. You are a wonderful company and have outstanding customer service! I will continue to use you and let all know my deep appreciation. Thank you, Erik,for calming my nerves and fixing my water! You're awesome and a keeper!
Another excellent experience! Ditto last year's response: Erik is an awesome technician. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with his level of service. He was honest about the situation and what was needed to correct the problem. All of the PHC technicians that have done my service checks have always been helpful, professional, and courteous. I would definitely recommend Parker's to anyone needing heating, cooling, or plumbing services.
I called because I thought there might be mold on my coil, or a leak. I was smelling something making me sick. They were promt when arriving. Upon arrival, I was informed that the unit was near spotless. He attempted to find a leak, and stated that there was a leak, but I was not shown where the leak was. I was quoted an astronomical price for the repair (about $1700 before discount). I agreed to do the repair, but due to the price wanted a second opinion. The second company that came out, said there was no leak in the coil (that is all they checked). The third company came out and said there was a leak, but was definitely not in the coil. The quote I received from this company regarding replacing the coil came in at about 60% of the original quote. I used to do sealed system repairs in a previous job, and I understand the level of difficulty of doing this type of job. The second quote came in at about what I would have charged. I am disappointed because there was nothing done regarding cleaning, and I don't think that checking pressures and saying they will replace a part that doesn't gurantee the resolution of my problem is not the best way to spend my money. I still have one more visit for the maintenance, but I don't know if I will even have them back out, because I know how to do that part, even though I already paid for that.
You'll be highly satisfied you called Parker's Heating & Cooling next time your system lets you down. When ours finally gave up the ghost, Parker's was there the next day to surmise our needs and installed our new unit within 24 hours. So, minimum discomfort, and back up and heating just in time for the first wintry blast of the year. They were Johnny On The Spot! But, what I almost appreciated most, was their active communications. Heads up calls 15-30 minutes out, No Problem for these folks. Quick, thorough service, You Bet! We'll definitely use Parker's again, and would give them 10 Stars if it were possible. Thank You, PH&C!
