Wow.....My tech was Chris he was above exceptional and his knowledge and expertise were very impressive. He didn't even mind me watching him work and he explained every step to me like I was his assistant and I mean that in a good way. I learned a lot and I know he was here to fix my water heater, but the experience with Chris was cordial and very professional. Terrance came and installed my HVAC and he was excellent! He was so nice and did a really great job installing everything! My AC unit is on the roof and that didn't phase him at all! Had to get a crane and everything. I'm thankful for Terrance and his excellent work!

We had an oven that needed repair, and Joel was sent on the call to our home. He worked with extreme efficiency and made the repairs in no time at all. He was very pleasant and thorough. We asked Greenway for a furnace check to be scheduled & were told it would be the next day (VIP Precision Tune-up customer) in the time period of 1 - 5 pm.
On the day of service call, we were called by Greenway to be advised that our service call was next in his schedule.
Henry, the Greenway Technician assigned, called to advise he was on his way to the house. He arrived carrying his tools & equipment & was ready to check our 2 unit systems; he went to work immediately & serviced all the furnace equipment including a test run & safety check. He replaced filters we provided & gave us a report showing the system specifications & details of his work.
Henry was friendly, courteous & efficient during his service visit. He appeared to be well trained & capable of performing the service work requested.

I had my furnace rot out and motor was blown right when it got cold. I had a sales rep come out and showed me 3 quotes which I researched and found to be very reasonable (as well as 0% financing). I called back and scheduled the removal and replacement of my entire up and down systems and they scheduled for Tuesday morning and showed up right at 9am and with 4 guys they were completed and tested out by 4pm. Allen Bush and Terrance Johnson were the team leads and were both courteous, friendly, and efficient at their work. great job by them!

I have used Greenway Home Services and American Home Shield several times. Office staff is always helpful and professional. One of the technicians, Joel came out today to fix my Ice Maker. He has come out on several jobs over the years and ALWAYS does an outstanding job. He is professional, caring, and KNOWS HIS STUFF. Today, he even noticed another part of the Ice Maker that was going out and he replaced that as well as the other part that was broken. I can say that Joel does an incredible job of representing Greenway Home Services. One more thing, I had a window of 12:00 to 5:00 when they would call me and tell me that they were on the way. Joel called at 12:05 and was ready to go at my house by 12:15 and was finished and walking out the door at 1:15. I could go on. Thanks Joel and Greenway Home Services.

I see a trend with Greenway and AHS American Home Shield. AHS is a rip off and Greenway is incompetent. A home warranty is useless if it takes 3 months to get a major appliance fixed and worse if the incompetent Greenway never fixes the problem. Both companies are corrupt with poor customer service. I see a CLASS ACTION lawsuit in the future for these two companies.
