Our technician Rob did a great job. He went above and beyond to repair our refrigerator door. It was a surprisingly complex fix and he made certain it was done right, even though it meant extending his work day (on a Friday afternoon, no less.) He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. Thanks, Rob!

Single most despicable business practice I’ve ever witnessed. Service “professional” did not validate our plumbing issue with his own eyes or equipment and simply offered to undercut a quote from other vendors by $5000. This brand of salesmanship (if you could even call it that) left me with 0% confidence anyone at Greenway is capable of doing a decent job.

I recently had a/c issues. I called Greenway. I had used them in 2017 as a recommendation from my daughter. The customer service people were pleasant and prompt. They told me my technician, Henry Franklin, had 2 calls in front of me then called to say I was his next customer, then he called to say he would be at my home in 30 minutes. I appreciate being kept in the "loop" . Most appreciated. Henry was very professional, respectful and helpful. He told me what was needed before he proceeded. Clean. Bryan had to also come out and was just the same. I appreciate both technicians and the work they preformed. I am very pleased with the customer service, technicians and Greenway. I will recommend them and use them in future.

I recently called American Home Shield to report my heater was not working so they called Greenway to come out and look at it. The techs name was Preston and I have had him out here before on my a/c so I remembered him and how polite and honest he was. He was able to repair my problems both times in a speedy manner and also gave me some information to keep my unit running. I found they have a service which comes out twice a year to check your heat and air to make sure it is ready for the season and it was a pretty good price. I have been very happy with them in any job they come here to do. I am so glad my American Home Shield uses Greenway and I have referred many people to them

A home warranty service sent Greenway to our house for an AC repair. The first time, the AC was left on, so they couldn't attempt the repair, but the tech left the condensate drain disconnected and the drain pan overflowed causing ceiling damage to the paint. The second tech actually pointed this out to me. Greenway refused to acknowledge their mistake and said they would not be responsible for the repair. Techs were sent out four more times to attempt the repair, each time with an incorrect diagnosis. They never did get the repair done and the warranty company finally sent another company. The other company was able to complete the repair in just two trips. i would strongly advise someone contemplating using this company to choose someone else.

I am not clear on why this company sells "VIP packages" with the acceptation of making money while not fulfilling their end of a contract. When my A/C had issues over summer, this company was sent out by American Home Shield. It was difficult to get an appointment in a decent time frame, especially with summer. The warranty and this company do not care if you are pregnant, have children, or animals in the home. While the tech was out he offered a "VIP package" (regardless of it being a home warranty call), where you get a summer & winter check for $99. The price is fine, but when I was sold the package I was told that Greenway contacts ME to set up appointments. Well, they did not contact me for my summer appointment, nor did they contact me for my winter appointment. And when I contacted them to schedule an appointment, it took over 3 weeks to get me scheduled on each visit. Also with the VIP package, I was lied to buy a tech, yet I was charged extra for a service they could not fulfill. All the VIP package does is guarantee you will pay more regardless if they cannot fulfill the service. This is poor customer service on managements and the owners part. Additionally, the customer service represents or whoever answers the phone is slow answering, and that's if you are able to get through the line. The website seems to have constant error issues as well. Although some of the techs are knowledgeable and friendly, that's where it stops in this company.

Richard came out today, within an hour of our call — and this was not an emergency request. He was respectful (wore a mask the entire time), professional, knowledgeable, fast and thorough. He fixed our sink and gave home recommendations we could use to fix a musty smell. It didn’t feel like he was trying to rush off to the next appointment. If you have plumbing needs, ask for Richard!

We’ve been lucky to have Greenway service many items in our home through our AHS warranty. They have always been professional and timely, and been able to solve the problems we’ve had with our covered items. Our most recent visit was from technician Darrell - to fix a fridge problem. He was great. I would highly recommend Greenway.

I have had chronic HVAC issues for over a year. My 2 systems are over 30 years old. Greenway did the best they could to keep them running well but rightfully so suggested I replace these outdated, inefficient 2 systems with more quiet and efficient systems. I was very nervous as I was thinking not only about the cost but what about the quality and professionalism that it would take to do this HUGE job? Well was I put at ease and blown away by the pros from Greenway who installed my systems! From Adam, the Project Manager helping my wife and I design and pick out the best systems for my home at a very reasonable price, to the great VERY friendly installers Ron and Brandon, my 2 day job was completed very efficiently. They did work above and beyond not only installing my new HVAC systems, inside and outside, but resolving a few electrical, A/C condensation plumbing, and ductwork layout annoyances I had in my attic with my old configuration. The end job made my attic systems look so clean and professional! I also have much more legroom to get around up there to more easily store items in and around these systems. They even spent quality time with me at the end going over all the operations of the thermostats and labeled all the attic dampers for me! My highest recommendation to these professionals.
