My refrigerator decided to quit on New Year's day and Greenway Home Services was called. Darrell with Greenway came out and was excellent. He could not immediately find the problem so put dye into the system to try to identify the problem. This required a second visit. After many diagnostics and searching it was decided the problem could not be resolved. A report was made immediately to my warranty service and I heard from them the same day thanks to Darrell.
I am very grateful to Darrell and Greenway.

Greenway Home Services is the only company I let in my home. I am appalled to see the negative reviews as I have used them for years and have always loved the technicians and managers! Greenway has installed 3 systems and a tankless water heater in my home over the years and all of them look great and work great. Thank you Greenway for taking care of me quickly and with the best customer service!

Greenway services came exactly when they said they would and repaired my A/C within an hour. The very nice tech explained everything that was wrong with it and the best way for me to keep it working properly. He was very helpful, very polite and very knowledgeable. He was even very friendly to my barking dogs. I will definitely call them again if my A/C or heat go out again.

My AC has been out since early July now, it's late July - Greenway visited three times. The first time they attempted repair and told us the AC compressor coil was shot -- this was never reported to American Home Service. The second time they came out, they tried to sell us a $10K five ton AC unit -- which we do need but again, not through AHS. After complaining to AHS, they came out a third time to write the report they should have written on the first visit -- that was on a Wednesday. It's now Monday and Greenway still has not provided AHS that report. I'm not sure if they're just incompetent or scammers but they are not good.

My A/C wasn’t cooling so I called the warranty company and they assigned Greenway Home Services to fix the issue. They said I need a coil without conducting a leak test. The project manager came out and told me what the cost would be to replace the coil, I agreed to the price and the they came out and replaced my coil. After two days the unit was still not cooling and doing the same thing it was doing prior to the coil being replaced. I called them back but now they it’s something else. This is the reason I’m writing the review: The price the project manager quoted me was not the price I paid to the technician. I called the project manager and he said “the increase could have been the cost of the permit or something else.” So I asked him and numerous calls to the installation supervisor for a itemized list of the services I paid for and the assured me I they would send the list. Well is has been a couple of weeks and I have yet to receive the cost break down of the services Greenway provided.

UPDATE:
Updating my review because Greenway contacted me, refunded my service fee, and sent out a new technician who actually fixed the problem. I appreciate this. I can't update from a 1 to a 5 star due to my initial bad experience but I think it's only fair that I give them atleast a 3 and let people know that they did rectify the problem.
The second tech and customer service person I dealt with were very nice. I think the customer service rep may have been a higher position but I don't remember what she said her title was. Anyways...thank you.

This company lied about the condition of my dishwasher causing my claim to be denied with my Home Warranty company. Fortunately, I was able to get the claim re-opened because Greenway failed to provide the photos they claimed to have as "proof" of damage. The tech they sent to my home was lazy and incompetent. He didn't like being corrected after I told him the heat element wasn't a problem because it was brand new. Had I not told him, he was about to order a replacement. Since he couldn't blame the heat element, he reported that I damaged the dishwasher by replacing the heat element. He said the tub was cracked and the company said they had photos to prove it. They declined to show me or American Home Warranty the photos so my claim was reopened. Don't do business with this dishonest company.

The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. He determined the cause of our problem rapidly and he had the parts to repair on his truck. With so may variety's of vendors out their, I was very please he could repair our water heater in the same visit.
In my opinion, I have used Greenway for years. As long as they employ technicians like this, I will continue using them.
