I heard a loud noise and breaking glass I ran to my kitchen and found that my wine rack had fallen off the wall and there was water pouring from my ceiling into my laundry room. I ran upstairs and there was water flooding my attic floor. I managed to turn off the water. I called Greenway and the representative said that someone would come in 2 hours. They came in 1 hour. It turned out to be a broken water pipe behind the water heater. They even went to the store for supplies in this horrible weather. They completed the repair and it was very reasonable. I was shocked to find out that one of the workers was a company CEO. He said they were very busy and needed help. I was very impressed with how dedicated they were to servicing their customers. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I've had a really rough time dealing with Greenway and their customer service reps, but let me tell you Dean is THE BEST. He will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. Dean did everything in his power to make me feel cared for and taken care of. He resolved the issues I had and just made me feel like I was the most important customer he ever had. I can't say enough about how grateful I am for him and his work. Thank you thank you, Dean! If you work with Greenway and Dean shows up to help with your plumbing, he'll get it done.

Bobby and Lawrence came exactly when they were expected and went over and above my expectations to help fix my problem. They are representative of all the great people working at Greenway. I have used Greenway Home Services through my home owners insurance and have been so pleased I still use them when my insurance doesn’t cover the issue. They are great at communication and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I have used them for kitchen, bathroom, and basement plumbing or appliance issues! I even called when I got brave and tried to change my toilet and they were able to come out and fix my mess! I have recommended them to a friend who was also VERY pleased with the work they did on their washing machine. I would recommend them to absolutely everybody! They are great!!

I had the plumber Richard from Greenway come look at my stopped up tub and toilet everything was very very professional. He relaxed my anxiousness because I had mud in my tub. He actually fixed the problem and also told me what I need to do to rectify the problem so it won't happen in the future. I really appreciate his work and also most importantly his attitude. Super professional and so caring, I could tell that he love his work. Keep up the great work Richard!

As usual, I got impeccable service from the technician. It was a new tech that came today however I could not have asked for better service. I specify Greenway for all of my service including when I am using AHS. This gentleman was excellent! He was on time and very conscientious about his work. He was a pleasure to have at our home. Thanks again Greenway. This employee deserves a 10. But since the scale is 5 tops, I will give him a 5++++++. Thank you.

I have used this company on two separate occasions and both times required multiple recalls to my home to repair my appliances.
The latest event involves a clothes dryer where the company in now on the third recall to fix a dryer that doesn’t dry clothes. After one visit, we ran the dryer and it smoked the house so bad it set our smoke detectors off. I’m glad we were home.
But my real irritation is that Greenway does not show any concern for how this affects the home owner. We have gone with a clothes dryer for a month today and are waiting on yet another recall visit. I requested to be given some priority for an earlier recall visit, the best that could be done was 7 days. We’ll this weekend I am going to the laundromat.
If I had not already paid for service I would hire another contractor. IMO this company has poor customer service and training of their technicians. I do not plan to use Greenway in the future.

I had this company come to my house and unclog the drainage pipe from the roof and I'm sure the technician knew that the toilets would overflow with water. I laid out towels to prevent it, he removed the towels and caused water to run into the carpet. This is bad business

We are extremely happy with the service provided to us by Greenway team. Specifically, Richard Sanders and his partner did replace a damaged water heater unit. They truly demonstrated a superb quality workmanship by going above and beyond to make sure the replacement unit operated successfully and safe. They securely removed old units with no debris, leaks or water damage in the process. We highly recommend Greenway and Richard Sanders.

4/14/2021 - Second experience months later.... Against my better judgement, the new home warranty claim that I opened this week was assigned to Greenway. I decided to see if the experience would be better this time as it was a hot water issue. The technician Richard who came out was VERY friendly, helpful and professional. He was also informative on what the issue was as well as the solution. While confirming the issue with one water heater, he observed an issue with our second one. The expansion pump had a leak and several pin holes in it and could burst at any time causing water damage to our home. I immediately called in a second claim. The claim for the second water heater was immediately assigned also to Greenway as confirmed by my home warranty company at 3:00 pm. When I called Greenway back that evening to confirm an appt to resolve the urgency of an unstable expansion pump, the company lied to me that night and this morning saying that they did not have the order although the work order number had been provided to both of the persons that I had previously spoken with as well as the technician himself on a call the night before. I called my Home Warranty company again and they again confirmed that Greenway had the work order. I called Greenway back and miraculously this time, they found the work order in their system but did not have any availability to send a technician out the same day. I told them that I had spoken with the technician last night and he assured me he would return today to fix the problem given the urgency. He stated that he would pull the work order himself when he got to work. However, dispatch continued to state they had nothing today and that their manager Melissa was not available and would have to call me back. I asked them when I could expect a call given the urgency and they told me 24 hours. I still have not received a call back and was told that I would have to pay $675.00 out of my pocket to replace the condemned water heater that my home warranty would not cover. Given the run around, lack of empathy, lack of integrity and overall lack of urgency to provide the services simply because it is a home warranty claim, I decided not to use Greenway in my home EVER again. We were lied to and they care not about upholding the obligations made by them or their representatives as a company when it matters the most in an urgent and time sensitive situation. I have decided instead to manage the repairs and replacement via one tankless water heater with another provider who came promptly to my home and is repairing as we speak. Greenway did not even recommend considering the tankless water heater even with the knowledge that one water heater was condemned and the other closely to follow. The new vendor I hired advised me and had me request a "buy out" from my home warranty company. They have saved us money now and in the future. I have added Greenway to my refuse vendors list for any and all home warranty claims going forward. I would rather pay out of pocket for great, reliable service than to EVER trust home repairs for myself and my loved ones to Greenway again.
First experience: I was very disappointed in the service with Greenway. The technician was not friendly or helpful. The technician took a telephone call in the middle of me talking to him without excusing himself and proceeded to remain on the telephone call for 10 mins. I finally just walked away. Because this was our first AMS call about our air conditioner, after living in our home for less than 30 days the technician told us that there was something wrong with both air conditioning units, but that he could only fix one and I would have to schedule another appointment. He told me that because I didn't tell them that that there are two units, they "assumed" it was only one and could not fix the other without another ticket.
