Can't believe they left my thermostat off the wall! It would be nice to have A/C since they sold me a $249 Gold Service policy and this was the first time they had come back. Told me I would have to call a new service call. Called customer service and they said they couldn't get back in contact with the technician that left this way.

I use Greenway Home Service for maintenance on my Heating and AC maintenance. I needed to reschedule my previous appointment and I got Ms. Alexis on the phone. She was very professional and understanding to my needs and got me all set up.

Ok, today was my appointment, and I had the pleasure of having Mr. Larry Eugene service my unit. Mr. Eugene was very professional, thorough and precise. He answered ALL my questions, he explained every step that he performed on my unit where I understood what task he was taking on. I would like to take the time to thank him for his timely arrival after his phone call that he was on his way, his patience, and his friendly nature. Greenway you have invested in a great worker and a job well done Mr. Eugene.

Greenway was sent out by my home warranty to access my faulty AC after another company failed at fixing it. Bobby was the technician that came out, and he was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, he had to special order a fan motor which took a little time to get in. He was so kind that he came out on his day off to to fix it when the motor finally came in. Great service and I highly recommend Greenway, and especially Bobby.

Nathan just finished replacing a part on my hot water heater. He called ahead to make sure I was available, worked efficiently, vacuumed water from the tray (the tray now looks clean), and was very courteous. The billing didn’t reflect that I am a VIP member, but he asked and then lowered the cost to reflect my membership. All in all, he was courteous, knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and Greenway Home Services.

Greenway came out today to perform annual AC maintenance that we get through their VIP program. Larry, the technician, let me know when he would be arriving and was true to his word. He was friendly, professional and thorough. Evidently the filters on our units in the attic are very tricky to clean, and he handled the situation with good humor even though the cleaning took longer than average. Thank you to Larry and Greenway!

I absolutely love Greenway Services. They are a great company. They take time out to solve problems and make sure everything is right before they leave. Lawrence Taylor came to my home was very concerned and couldn’t believe I had been living in such hot circumstances. He came in and went right to work to get my issue solved. It was ver much appreciated and I thank him for that. He definitely gets five stars in my book!!

My downstairs unit needed a couple lbs of Freon. Greenway kept the communication lines open throughout the entire process. They leave no stone unturned. My technician was Steve. He was very professional and attentive. He even went the extra mile and changed the valve to ensure there were no leaks, and checked the pan in my attic for water leaks. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and now my home is cool and pleasant!!. He recommended what additional services I would require in the Spring to ensure that I don't have any issues when the weather ramps back up for next summer. (I definitely appreciate the heads up!) I definitely recommend Greenway for all of your home service needs! They rock! A++

One word describe this entire ordeal #TRASH 🗑🗑🗑 I made an appointment 2 weeks through American Home Shield & Greenway has canceled my service #MULTIPLE times due to tech issues. They rescheduled then CANCEL reschedule then #CANCEL. This has happened like 5 times in 2 weeks. I was assured Thursday someone would be out Monday between 12-5. It’s 9pm no one ever showed up or called. My water bill will be high waiting them these past 2 weeks.#UNPROFESSIONAL #AWFUL #TERRIBLE 🤬😡😠😤😒

This company is the best! We needed a simple toilet repair which requires a special tool that we did not have! Our technician Ethan was the best! Professional and got the job done quick! We have used Greenway for years for our heating and ac service. So if you want a reliable company call them!

Called Greenway Home Services today 2/15/2021 approx 2:20 pm to report both furnaces were not working, temperature inside house 59* and that there was a disabled individual that could not be without heat. Temp outside 12 * and 8 inches of snow on the ground. Greenway was very responsive and got here within 2 hours. Greenway was able to get one of the furnaces running and the other unit needed a part that was ordered. Bobby and Lawrence were very professional and kept me informed!! Thank you Greenway, for getting the heat back on !!
