I don’t think I can explain how important it is to have a team on your side like It’s Automatic. They have fixed and replaced my AC unit, cleaned service my fireplace, and saved my mother’s plumbing. We had other quotes and spoke with other companies. Not only did I save thousands but I had service that was outstanding! Get a quote from someone and then call them, seriously you won’t believe it. People just don’t care like they do. It’s a bunch or real life guys who make things right that are broken and I couldn’t be happier. Michael Chandler was a joy to have met. When he arrived, which was early. He introduced hisself, which to me shows professionalism. He had a smile on his face and was ready to work. He explained to me what he was going to be doing and how the procedure would go for our air conditioning maintenance.

I asked him some questions about certain things and he knew how to address my concerns without any hesitation at all, it proves once again, his professionalism.

I was pleased with his service, his punctuality and his great concern for our home and its surroundings.

Called them to come out and unclog the drain pipe leading out from my washing machine. The tech was there next day and on time. He was finished in about 90 minutes. He made sure that the clog was clear before leaving. He also talked to me about potential hazards that would lead to clogging and gave me tips to prevent it. If I have a problem with my drains, I'm calling them again.

I have been a very long time customer of Automatic. They have been a trusted vendor for many years. Today, their technician, John Mutters, renewed my loyalty by not only providing the excellent service I've come to expect from Automatic, but also taking time to look for simple, solutions to some HVAC challenges I've experienced. Tech, August Holdridge, showed up on time to do regular maintenance service. He was very friendly and courteous. He informed me what the maintenance entailed and went straight to work. When finished, he let me know that my unit was working well within specs. Great experience.

The gentlemen that were sent to my residence to repair my outside unit were very professional. They showed up with their valiant steeds and bags on their backs ready to get the job done. I watched as they hoisted the old unit out of it's resting position and strapped it to their steads' back to haul off into the sunset. The job took them all of 30 seconds to complete and I went from living in the awful deserts and back to a somewhat normal existence.

The company provided same day service even during a city wide shutdown for inclement weather. One thing that really impressed me was the owner’s involvement and followup after the service. I would heartily recommend Automatic based on the quality of service, fair pricing , responsiveness and overall great customer service.

I want to say that this business and Sam Mullins the owner went far beyond their duty and their professionalism was of a very high standard. Sam and his team of installers are very professional. Being in this type of business myself I can come and this company for the way he does business and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs their air-conditioning and heating needs taken care of. One of the co-owners, Rhonda Mullins, reached out personally just minutes after I left a message to have their office staff set up a time for a tech to come look at my heating unit. They were willing to work with me for the last appointment of the day so that I did not miss much work and I received a text when the tech, Blayze, was on his way to my home. Within 15 minutes, Blayze found the problem was just a simple sensor issue and had my heating unit working again within just a few minutes. Sam, the other co-owner reached out after the issue was resolved as well. Thank you, Sam, Rhonda and Blayze for your quick and courteous response time and excellent service!!!
