I have my universal license and I just got done installing a new unit in my home. I went up a ton so I needed a new Plentum so I called them with the measurement to get a price. They proceeded to get rude with me and tell me they couldn’t tell me anything because I didn’t have an account with them and I was not in person with my license. You might want to learn the rules and regulations about epa. You don’t have to be licensed by epa to install a piece of sheet metal you have to be licensed to handle and install Freon. I will not do business of any kind with this business if this the way everyone there acts. What ever happened to customer service?

Horrible. I didn't have any heat. I needed a Control Board. Contractor went to pick up part and was told he didn't have the right license. In cases of an Emergency they should have helped. I had heart surgery. In freezing degree weather for 2 day. Contractor risk his life on the ice to pick up part. Awful Company

You've got to call when you arrive. There isn't really any place to park if someone is on the 1 dock door. And, it took a lil while for the guy to unload me. Appt was for 10, didn't leave until almost 1400.

The regional manager Jason needs to be fired. If they don't know you, they won't sell to you. I have all the proper licenses and I know for a fact that they sell to some people that don't have a mechanical or EPA license. I'm reporting Jason to the state.

WILL NOT RETURN.😏😏They gave me a price for furnace part over the phone.Price JUMPED upon pickup.Brought it to their attention and they decided to come down a couple bucks.

Terrible customer service. I needed a warranty part for ac purchased from them and they tried charging for it. I would not recommend this place the staff is terrible except for John

They are number one in my book, fun friendly, fast service . They put the A in air condition and the H in heat.
