Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing

Very poor value. Got a quote from them two install two minisplits. Wanted twice the going rate around $5000 for simple install of two minisplits. That's labor. Those should costs max $1500 each to install. Unfortunately we had to go with someone whose rates were more in line with the market.

I just want to first say thank you to the whole staff at Automatic! The service from my initial phone call to Automatic to the installation of my new furnace and air conditioning unit was top notch professional! Everyone that I dealt with was very personable and professional and made me truly feel that I was the most important customer they had! That also includes the owner of the company who was nice enough to call me to check to make sure I was comfortable with everything going on with the install! That said, I will be recommending Automatic to anyone that crosses my path in need of their services as I was lucky enough for a close friend and his wonderful family to recommend them to me! Money well spent.

Chase W. and the rest of the Automatic crew did an excellent job of installing our new HVAC system. We have an over 90 year old home that required complete installation from scratch. It was not an easy job, but the team went out of their way to make sure everything was done professionally, properly and with minimal mess. The guys were the most customer-focused team we have ever dealt with. Chase went out of his way to answer our questions and explain the process. We truly enjoyed Cameron. He was professional and really nice. He was able to work efficiently and educate me on what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He even went above and beyond what I expected when he replaced the light bulb in the attic and our air filter. Excellent service!

Sam and the business manager Shelby really know their craft. Everyone they have sent to mine and my MIL’s home has been punctual and professional. Give automatic a chance if you have any HVAC and plumbing needs.

I was really impressed. I don't remember if I have ever used this company or not or if I had thought about it and never did for what ever reason. But anyway, I was very satisfied. I honestly can't say if price was good or too much because I have no clue to what I had done should run using a certified plumber. At the time I needed this toilet water line and valve fixed pretty quick and Automatic came to my rescue within a couple of hours after I called. The guy who got me fixed up was Jerad. I hope I got the name spelling right anyway. He was very professional, sweet, and had a sense of humor. He wasn't a stick in the mud. I have already called back for them to replace the water line and valve on another toilet before it decides to spring a leak as well. Thank you Automatic for the quick response in the one bathroom that could not wait to be fixed. My stamp of approval for this company is an At.

I cannot say enough about this company! Sorry in advance for the long post but hopefully this will assist someone with their decision making process as the reviews helped me! First of all.... I did not think it would be possible to find an HVAC company that still had ethics. I have been through so much with different companies until I was about to throw my hands up and learn HVAC myself lol but seriously it was bad and all faith was lost in those types of businesses until I googled and found this company.....that statement may sound cliche..... but what my family experienced from this company is far from cliche! They went above and beyond for my family in our desperate time of need! Chris was amazing from beginning to end! He was very patient, very educated about his products, and my biggest highlight was that her was not pushy with alot of upsales. He showed us all of our options and also services that could be added...but no pressure! I cannot say enough how important that part of selling is for a consumers. Pushy is very much so a turn off. The communication was immaculate and the process was seamless. We had a crew of guys come to our home, work very hard and leave without it looking like anyone had been here. They were on time, very well organized, respectful and fast! (They clean up after themselves...wow factor for me!) I have never experienced all of that with one company! If you have any doubt as to what company you need to do business with I hope that I have assured you that this is the best company to go with! I was NOT disappointed and you will not be either.....I guarantee it! I hope this review really helps someone in need. Oh and did I mention they have many budget friendly options to fit anyone's needs. I could go on and on about my wonderful experience with this company but I don't want to keep you reading any longer so that you can go ahead and call them so that you too can receive the 5 star treatment as my family did. This is my first time using this company and they were so great! Arrived on time and fixed my problem. He was very professional and informed me of the services they provide through the maintenance contracts. I am very pleased.
