Chase was awesome and very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of because I’m a woman. He took his time to show me the issues with my unit and the needed repairs. I reached out to them based off the reviews. Very happy with Automatic A/C and plumbing.

The process was smooth beginning to end. Chris Lewellen (Sales) was thorough and informative. Great customer service every time I called in and Shelby (management I think?) was also super helpful. The installation team led by Robert Rogers were careful in my home and respectful of my property. All in all a super pleasant experience.

We got great service today. Anthony and Steve did a fabulous job. They were on time, friendly, and completed the job of replacing our entire unit in about 7 hours. The office staff were wonderful to deal with and sent us text messages to let us know they were on the way. Very pleased with the service

I found the technician to be knowledgeable of my particular system. James was courteous and explained the steps that he was taking to troubleshoot and repair my system. He updated me before performing the work of the cost that would be incurred. My system is functioning exceptionally well and he explained the next steps necessary to keep my system updated and the cost. He notified me when he was on the way. He arrived on time. He had the part that I needed to repair my ac system on the truck. I highly recommend this company this company and I will certainly ask for this technician again.

We recently had our HVAC unit replaced with smart thermostat, along with new light switches, faucet, dishwasher, and toilets installed. Billy Elam with electrical, Kris Ashby and Freddie with plumbing, Chis Lewellen, and Cameron Elder and the entire HVAC team are provided amazing service. They all were very professional, highly skilled, and most importantly personable when the customer is not knowledgeable while providing great communication. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful as well. All services were provided in a very timely manner with great efficiency. I had a home I purchased where a previous HVAC contractor did a horrible job in the install and all my duct work in a zoned system was done improperly, causing my house to never properly cool. I went through several contractors to try to identify my problems unsuccessfully for a couple years. Finally, Automatic came in and determined the only way to fix it was to rip out the poorly done original job and do it right the 2nd time. 3 guys in my home for 3 days. They took great care and did the install properly this time. I finally have a home that cools properly!

On the 2nd morning of a 100 degree heat wave I woke up without AC. I called Automatic Heating & Plumbing and the owner answered the phone at 6 AM! He scheduled a service call and Bill Deering arrived and figured out the problem and had it fixed within minutes! Professional reliable and honest service are what I’ve come to expect from Automatic.
