For those who like their house to stay in same clean condition after the services done these are your guys! Great approach, very fair priced, down to earth owner and great service installers!!! Did a great job installing 2 new heating units, adding small things here and there. Used for plumping services as well,, happy with all services so far. Some management personnel could have a bit of training though, sorry, being truthful.
Overall, would say 5 our of 5! Will definitely use in the future and keep recommending to friends and colleagues! Very happy with!

I have been a customer of Automatic Air for over 5 years. They are always extremely professional and work with us on both ongoing maintenance and repairs for Heating, A/C and Plumbing. Blayze Matley was my technician today and he was very polite, courteous and thorough. He answered all my questions and took time to explain the problem with the A/C in detail . Automatic Air’s work is always top notch and done in a timely manner. Their technicians go above and beyond in making sure their customers are satisfied. I always recommend this company to everyone I know and today was just another reason for me to continue to do so.

Stellar service. Very professional. This was one of the SMOOTHEST transactions I've had in the 19 yrs I've been a homeowner. No BS. I needed a new HVAC system/thermostat & furnace (previous one was a 1986 model), trust me, it was way past due. They made the sales transaction easy, the installation was quick (not rushed) and absolutely professional. Will definitely use them again!

Chase is just wonderful! We called him for a weird leak with one of the units. He did a great job troubleshooting and solving the problem. He even did a quick check of all the air filters even though he had just done our bi-annual HVAC checkups and cleanings a couple of months before. We've been using Automatic for just over a year and they are amazing. They've maintained our 100 year old boiler, the regular HVAC units, and installed the most awesome minisplits last summer.

My AC went out recently and while I had two people come out the problem persisted. Then my landlord got Automatic to come out and Cameron was amazing. He was obviously very skilled at what he does, plus he would explain things when I was curious, which was a very pleasant bonus. Not only that, but he was telling me about upkeep for the unit, which in my opinion is above and beyond what he needed to do. If it isn't obvious yet, I would highly recommend this company and Cameron as well for any AC needs.

We are beyond thrilled to be a new customer of AACHP. From the very 1st phone call to Sam Mullins, until Chase & Michael completed the installation it was nothing short of remarkable! Every single person we have dealt with is genuine, thorough and honest. Sam has the most joyful employees - ALL of them in one way or another commented on how solid he is, how solid the company is. How wonderful to be on the receiving end of their expertise.

Chris Lewellen came out to help us when our AC died suddenly. We want to thank Chris for being such an excellent person to work with. He's that rare type of salesman that really cares and doesn't ever make you feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain our options and share his vast knowledge. He worked with us to quickly find the best system for our house. We knew we were in great hands with a true professional off the bat. Every one at this company has been amazingly helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you for going the extra mile, Chris!!! You made a stressful situation much easier than we would have ever hoped for!!!

Feb. 2021:
The team came out to do a sewer scope. Every staffer I've dealt with was knowledgeable and very helpful. They even impressed our realtor. I would definitely use them for future plumbing and HVAC needs. Kris went the extra mile and the staff that handle the phones are tremendously helpful and kind!
