Automatic installed a new A/C unit and redirected some duct work and their service and expertise was exceptional. The guys who did the installation were professional, polite, and very well trained in what they do. Sam Mullins is one of the owners and a honest and friendly guy, a man of integrity. Pricing was fair and what they said it would be, no surprises. This company and its employees are second to none in this industry and I would highly recommend their services.

Jared Lott was punctual, courteous, respectful, and informative. He showed me the camera's view as it went through my sewer line. Another company sent out by First American Home Warranty sent his rooter through and pulled some roots out and told me I had a broken line and needed it replaced. Jared could not find a broken line. He did remove a few more roots and replaced a cap on the city cleanout. The fee charged was very little more than the $85 I paid FAHW. I highly recommend Automatic and especially Jared Lott. We had the pleasure to meet with Sam the owner, who provided us with his recommendations for updating our system. Even though I was skeptical of the higher costing system, Sam took the time to explain the reasons and benefits of the system and the estimated savings on the cost of operation. In the end, I am glad we went with Automatic. The crew was attentive and polite, and minimized the interruption of having the entire system down for as short of period of time while the new components were installed. I highly recommend Automatic for your AC needs.

I rarely write reviews.. like for most, a good job at a fair price is expected. Rarely if ever does that happen in the plumbing world in Collierville from my 15 years experience. Recently my drains were all clogged “again”. I called the most popular service, they came out did their thing, charged me. An hour later The drains were overflowing again. I read the positive reviews about Automatic and gave the a shot. It was the best Plumbing experience is my life.

With cameras and had to get on the roof and snake the pipes. It took 3 guys a few hours but it was done right and at an extremely fair price.

My service technician Blayze was the epitome of this company. I find them friendly, professional, no pressure HVAC company that I can really depend on. They are pro-active, responsive and excellent to work with. Not only was my service tech fantastic but the office staff is friendly to deal with. They replaced a 26 year old unit and added a couple of new intakes. Very professional, on time, concerned with a good thoughtful installation, good communications, cleaned after themselves and an overall good experience.

Technician AUGUST was my serviceman on recent maintenance call.. He was Very (VERY) professional, and worked in a timely fashion. He kept me up to speed on everything happening with my system, which, fortunately, had no issues. We talked a little about filters and the fact that I need to be more diligent. Great visit from serviceman (and a company) I have trusted to maintain my system for 10 years.
