Philip P., service rep for AA-Air Knoxville, TN, scheduled a visit immediately and was at my house within one hour of my request. It was a routine maintenance visit, but I still appreciated Phil P.'s quick response time. He quietly and efficiently carried out the necessary maintenance activities which were completed in about forty-five minutes. He was friendly and helpful with his advice--Great job))

Called late last night after hours, the lady who took my call was so polite, I explained my issue. Our air conditioner stopped working. Chris B showed up, gloves and shoe booties on. He was very prepared esp with protecting us and himself from the potential virus among us in the states. He was very professional and had us up and running. Chris explained his findings, and how he fixed the issue. Looking forward to a good sleep tonight. THANK YOU Chris!!!! Highly Recommend to all

Phillip visited my house to diagnose and repair the problem with my unit. He took his time and was very professional. He explained to me what the problem was and how it affected my unit. John has been at my house on a different occasion and I received the same great service. I feel like these guys are honest and not out to make money off of a customer.

Service is pricey, but Phillip did a great job and was totally up-front and honest about costs, etc. and did his work very well and quickly. They had someone else drop off the part that needed repair while Phillip was cleaning the coils on the cooler units -- so there was no waiting or rescheduling after they diagnosed the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I was absolutely devastated whenever my air conditioning unit gave out only two months after I bought my first home. The responding tech, Larry, was very nice and sympathetic. He explained the different parts, warranties, and all have monthly payments without interest (in case you’re reading this wondering how you’re going to afford a new unit). Larry also left to pull a portable air conditioning unit for my home since it was reaching the 90’s, which was quite literally lifesaving. I wasn’t expecting the parts to arrive for three to four days, and was starting to plan Airbnb overnight stays in case it got to be too much for my animals and myself. You can imagine my surprise when the I received a call that the crew was ready to roll out not even a full day after getting quoted for parts and for the new unit! Chris and Chris arrived and were wonderful and worked extremely hard! I even got a nice wall tablet that connects to my phone so that I can control the temp while I’m away from the home. I’m looking forward to saving a bunch of money in utilities with this new unit. I’m glad there are companies out there that don’t take advantage of people when they’re in a very vulnerable state like I found myself in. Thanks so much, guys.

I got home last night and my home had no heat. After reading other reviews I chose to callI AA Air Company for help. I quickly got a call back from John, one of the service techs. He was already on a late call but made arrangements for first thing in the morning. He called to confirm first thing this morning and was here promptly. He thoroughly inspected my system and found the issue which he was able to fix quickly at a reasonable cost.
If I have any further issues (hopefully not) I would definitely call for their help again, thank you John!

Being a Maintenance Plan customer, I had an issue with a recent visit and installation of minor equipment on my AC unit. The management was so responsive to the problem, contacted me for the solution (I did not have to contact them), and promptly took care of the problem in a VERY professional manner. I can't recommend them enough.

Our already not that great air conditioner broke in the peak heat of summer. As first time home owners, we've never had to deal with an issue like this, so we weren't exactly sure what to do. Everyone at AA air was super nice, knowledgeable, and informative! We now have a brand new unit and our house is the perfect 68 degrees. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! And if you're still on the fence (and you're an animal lover), our dog LOVED everyone that came to our house. He was more sad to see the AA Air employees leave than when we leave so that should tell you something about what kind of people they are.

Donna and Cooper at AA Air saved our cat’s life!! She was able to pry up a floor vent register and escaped into the heating ducts on the coldest day of the year. We called so many HVAC companies but no one would help until we contacted Donna at AA. She texted us help and ideas throughout the day (over 8 hours!) and when we finally cornered the kitty INSIDE the HVAC unit, she sent Cooper out to help. While it wasn’t an easy HVAC unit to navigate, Cooper was able to open up our unit and I was able to pull our cat out of the supply air chamber. Cooper then helped us tape up the duct lines we frantically ripped open that morning. We are so grateful for both of them!! They went above and beyond any other company in town to save our sweet cat.
