AA-Air Company installed my system and maintain it for me. I have appreciated their professionalism and expertise. Most recently, they installed an Aprilaire5000 Electronic Air Cleaner. Friends have commented on how little dust there is in my house now. Everything is working great!

AA Air installed our current HVAC unit 18 years ago. They’ve maintained it well over the years and are always quick to come out if we need anything. They’ve been great about keeping this one going, but we know we’ll need a replacement soon. And when it’s time, we’ll definitely use AA Air again!

Our experience with AA could not have gone better. They recently put in a brand new furnace and AC for us after our 20+ year old system died. Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. She recommended several options and let us choose what we thought worked best all for a price I thought was extremely reasonable. The installation techs were also very professional, friendly and did great work. They've even checked back up on us a couple of times to make sure there are no issues. Now that it's all done we couldn't be happier with the new system. I will definitely be using them in future and highly recommend them to anyone needing any HVAC work done.

We had put off replacing the old furnace and heat pump even though we knew it was leaking coolant and not well maintained. Phil inspected it this year and told us we would need to do more repairs, but mentioned they had a same as cash deal with Wells Fargo. So we decided to replace it. Erin came out and inspected the entire house. She gave us several options and noted that the house was set up for a larger unit than we currently had. She did not push us to upgrade, but let us make our own decisions. She is very knowledgeable about the different systems and saved us money by not replacing all the ductwork. She also made some recommendations for when we upgrade our sunroom. We would definitely recommend Erin and AA-Air to all our friends. We have been very impressed with them and will continue to have them service our system.

AA-Air Company is a locally owned Knoxville hvac repair and installation company that ended up taking good care of me after my older unit started experiencing issues. They helped me with a new install of an amazing Trane system that works much better than my last one. My repair tech was Patrick Rawls and Larry and my installer was Chris Dixon. All these gentlemen were courteous, clean, on time and very knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted a 3rd party thermostat installed and Chris was able to walk me through it to ensure everything was working great before they left. Every person they sent was fantastic and I highly recommend their install service. Also, want to mention Rob who took my phone call, he was very accommodating with the scheduling and was also a knowledgeable technician. Good company, will do business with them again if I need to.

They installed a mini split unit for me. Erin did a fantastic job explaining the work, answering my questions, setting expectations, and following up once work was completed. The "J" crew that did the install of the unit were professional, explained each step as they were working, and cleaned up when work was completed. Definitely recommended

Edited to add: I knew it was coming (Craig told me), but my 15 year-old unit finally gave up the ghost. I called AA-Air and Erin came out to do my estimate. She was ultra professional and very informative. She explained the entire process, taught me some stuff about AC generally, was kind to my cats, and we fangirled a bit over science! I had a couple of other companies give estimates, but I ultimately went with AA-Air, even though they were slightly more expensive. No one else matched their level of professionalism and care. At the end of the day, I am someone who wants a quality product with a quality install from a quality company. You get what you pay for.

If you are someone who values professionalism, thoroughness, and quality, AA-Air is definitely the go-to in the Knoxville area. I can't say enough for them. They even registered my product for the warranty; I didn't have to do a thing! AND, you don't pay until they do a follow-up consult on your new unit. Literally this is the BEST company I've encountered since I moved to Knoxville 6 years ago.

Give them a try -- you won't be disappointed.
